Jersey Mike’s, what are you doing? You charge upwards of $18 for a large sub and you put such little meat and cheese on the sub? The bread is thicker than the actual contents of the sub. And I don’t want to hear order double meat or whatever your corporate response might be. This is disgusting. Never ordering from this location again. Robbery.

I was so happy when the renovation was done so I could go back to having the BEST subs! Although they were busy at the time I came, they made the sandwiches with care and passion and of course the right way. We are weekly customers and we can’t wait to have Howell jersey Mikes next week!

I ordered a very large catering order for a company meeting 35 sandwiches each day & everything was accurate & delicious! We had some associates that wanted specific sandwiches, & condiments the website was so user friendly which made it much easier to modify each sandwich. Everytime I called with questions the staff was so friendly & the second day we switched from pickup to delivery and they came right on time! 1000% recommend this location! Thank you

Used to a much higher level of service in general from Jersey Mike’s Especially from rt 70 Store in Wall. Not used to the slacker service here in Howell. Called in larger order, no paper plates, pull your own napkins out of bib, etc. Hope food is up to par.

The first thing I noticed about this location was how clean it is. It’s a busy place and sometimes that can mean a messy environment, but that is most definitely not the case here. They do a great job with maintenance.
Then you get to the food line and it’s great. They get it done quickly, but they do it right. I like the assembly line. You can see all the ingredients, fresh and nearly displayed. The staff is busy but they’re always friendly.
Then, the most important part is the quality and tastiness of the sandwiches. You get a big bang for the buck here as the sandwiches are generously served up, no skimping at Jersey Mike’s, that’s for sure. With a menu this extensive, the worst part of this place is making up my mind. It’s hard to have 10 favorite sandwiches!
I’ve been to a number of their locations, but this one is especially impressive. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s when you’re in the mood for a great deli-style sandwich.

Just give me what I want and not make negative comments and inside jokes about what I put on my sandwich and say things like “to each their own” when I ask for mustard on my tuna sandwich. Just be nice! You are in the service business. Billion $ company with crappy cx service. Can’t wait for AI to replace this job :).
