This place is terrible . How can you make an ice cup or drink cup and notice large plastic from possibly the ice bags inside the cup. Chick fil A customer service said they escalated this but I have not heard anything . Very disappointed.

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A store. They are always extremely polite and the restaurant is always clean and sightly. Fresh flowers and polite smiles!! They don’t miss!
I had the pleasure today to speak with the owner, Mr. James Pruitt. He quickly greeted me with a smile as I complimented he and his team on their great work!
Food is always hot and delicious! I am Pescatarian, but my physicians and care teams love it!! Definitely 5-Stars!!

Was originally a BIG fan of this location when they first opened. They had 2 lanes. One for people barely ordering and one for people who ordered ahead. It incentivized using the app. It was quick and it was easy. Then some genius had the idea to merge both lanes into one. It was a DUMB idea. Makes service much slower. I was hoping other locations would have adopted their original idea but unfortunately this location messed it up. Why should I have to wait in line with the people who barely ordered when I planned ahead. Very disappointed. That’s the only reason for my low rating btw. Everything else still good

This used to be my favorite location. When they first opened, they had two lanes one for drive-thru and one for mobile orders. I got skipped by three cars because they did not let me merge. I’m not sure why they can’t just open the other lane.

Also they never give me the sauces I asked for and their customer service is below average sometimes they get it right, but it’s a hit or miss.

I had a horrible experience last at this location. I went back to visit this morning. And I ran into the GM Rocky, absolutely changed my experience from last night. Thank you sir for your service, support and hospitality. I believe when people get it right the least you can do is let them know. I location has great potential with managers like ROCKY, not to mention he looks like a Rocky!! Lol

The place was nice and clean. It was not busy when we went there. My only issue is that when placing my order, the young lady got it completely incorrect except for two things. I ordered 1 breakfast #2 combo, 1 additional fruit cup, along with 1 additional Hashbrown, as well as 2 additional drinks. Somehow she ordered 3 breakfast #2 combo’s. When I brought it to their attention, they rectified the errors and were kind about it. Thank you.

This is the first time I have ever gotten bad customer service at a chick fil a. I was confused on if I was in the correct line due to how they have the sign set up. I was in the mobile line by accident. I asked the two attendants what do I need to do the sign are confusing and I got into the line by accident. I was the only person in line and they said I needed to drive around and get back in line.( In Red oak I got in the wrong line by accident and the attendant just took my order and explain to me which line I needed to be in next time. I thought since this was my first time at this location they would do the same thing.) Well that didn’t happen. I was told that I had to drive all the way back around and get in line all over again. That didn’t make sense to me since I was the only one in line so I cut across to the other side. The the young man was like oh honey you have to help her. The young lady acted like she didn’t want to be at work she was very dry and rude I have never experienced that type of behavior. Once I got to get my food a young lady came to scold me as if I am a child telling a car follow behind and cross over. I’m not responsible for other people actions. And I honestly don’t know what that had to do with my particular situation. And I also cut her off saying that I never been to that location and it was a accident.. I cut her off again and said it will never happen again cause I’m never coming back and drove off.
I will deal with red oak traffic and construction it’s worth it due to the customer service.

This is the only chick Fila I know that has a mobile drive thru lane but they have you merge into one lane with everyone else. What’s the point in ordering ahead. Sometimes I will drive out of my way to go to the duncanville location because the line is so long and there’s literally no advantage to ordering ahead

I’ve tried this location multiple times since they opened, it’s conveniently closer to me than the Cedar Hill location. EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail they forget something in my order. In addition to that, there’s always something wrong with the food, it’s so annoying! The bread is always hard, the chicken overcooked and the fries so damn crispy they turn to oil the minute you start chewing (same for the hasbrowns ). These are the fries I went back to get & didn’t even get an apology! My daughter ate two fries out of this and there’s less than 5 left smh. Close it and start over!

Here you won’t get what you pay for and per assistant manager Eathen the sandwhich is not sold as per the commercial advertisement. The chicken was soaked in honey. Don’t waste time at this location it’s already down hill. The young lady in the drive thru was rolling her eyes at a customer who needed time to view the menu. I won’t be back to this location.
