Food is alright usually but 50/50 on whether or not they have the item(s) you want, and if they do, the presentation is sloppy. Can’t count on both hands how many times I get spilled items in my bags or gravy everywhere because they’re slopping it into the container with an attitude. Short girl with glasses at the window is ALWAYS rude and is hard to hear because she mumbles. Most of them have bare minimum attitudes. The vibe is about as far away from “hospitable and welcoming” as you could imagine. Food service jobs suck, sure, but don’t take that out on the customers.

The food wasn’t the same Biscuitville quality we are use too. My husband’s egg had shell in it and the biscuit had a hair baked into it. I definitely don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

Biscuitville is amazing ! Fresh biscuits made every 25 minutes. Everything is fresh and local from the grits to the eggs. The dinning area is clean and staff were friendly. I would highly recommend the fries, grits, muffins and pancakes. Get there early to avoid the line or go inside !

Love the chow, I wish they did not have loud television in the dining space. It may be “only fast food”, but for my family is a “destination dining experience “ (we don’t have Bville at home).

First time visitors from Georgia, really good food and service. I googled. What’s the best breakfast besides Bojangles and biscuitville came up. Everyone was so nice and inviting. It was a ray of sunshine that we needed this morning to start our day. Way to go employees at biscuitville. You guys made our morning!!

I have been to this location a few times and every time the items are lacking, as I have gotten the same items at other locations. It seems that the management at this location is skimping on product to cut costs so they look good. I shouldn’t pay $4+ for a BLT biscuit and get a smidgen of lettuce, less than a piece of bacon and half a piece of tomato. And the hashbrown casserole….smashed into a small container looking like someone regurgitated it??? This location needs serious help with their higher ups. Regular employees are great.

We usually really enjoy the food here and have had great experiences in the past, but today’s to-go order was a bit frustrating. My husband had to tell the employee at the window three times that items were missing from our order.
We ordered an egg platter, ultimate bacon biscuit, hash brown casserole, and two blueberry muffins. Instead, we received a chicken biscuit and a side of eggs—no hash brown casserole. We did get the platter and muffins which were still delicious.
Mistakes happen, and this isn’t our usual experience here, but unfortunately, today wasn’t a good day for takeout.
