Stopped in last night and ordered a to go meal. Corinne was very nice and helped me with my selection. She let me know it would be made fresh and would take a few minutes. I didn’t mind waiting, knowing it would be fresh. The crew stayed busy making to-go and dine in orders. I did see a few orders waiting on the rack waiting to be picked up. For those reading the reviews, just know that the food is fresh and hot when they make it. Delivery services seem to be slower and not picking up on time. If you want your meal hot and fresh, I suggest picking up in person

I love the Hot Honey rub wings (bone in)! This store is strategically located in the same shopping center as Sam’s Club and Walmart. You get greeted immediately as you enter the store and all the employees are kind and courteous. The bathroom is always fresh and clean! I usually order to go, so I don’t mind placing my order and then go do some quick shopping in Walmart or Sam Club. Even if I pick up my food 30 mins later…it’s still piping HOT! Love it! ❤️

The chicken sandwich was pretty good! The wings were fried good, but could’ve been a little crisper for my liking! The garlic in them is basically flavorless, though. That would be my only real complaint.

We decided to try this wing stop since we have not visited 1 in years. Well, let us say it was our 1st and last time going to this Wing Stop. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to ask us to place an order. We started to wonder if we had to place online because most of the staff just looked at us and kept listening to music and on their phones. So, we finally placed our order and were told about 15-20mins..it was more like 35mins…Which was ok.but, we were hoping that they were taking longer than expected because they were making sure our order was hot and accurate Not !!! They forgot our fried corn gave us cheese on our fries and didn’t ask for that. They also forgot to give us our veggies and no sauces given and no flavor on our Parmesan wings..All the wings were just plain no taste and dry..Never again, I think the problem is they have all these young workers that don’t want to work and are just there to get paid to listen to music and be on their phone not do their job, from what I saw from being there for about 45mins .I give them negative 0…. It’s a Hard Noo for us..We will not return

We ordered from there to have the food delivered to our hotel room and it never showed up so I called and got a very rude young lady who acted as if it were my fault their driver didn’t show. She then told me I would get a refund and rudely hung up. I checked my bank and ended up having to put in a grievance to get the money back. She never did put it back on my card. I will never go there or order delivery from them again. I’m done!

came in to order at 5:30 in the middle of the week. not busy, no reason for the lady to be rude as hell. no greeting, straight “whats your name”. picking her nose and ear as shes taking order. food is always good but costumer service was awful. the lady genuinely was visibly fustrated and pissed off for no reason. said bye and thank you to her, got ignored with no acknowledgement. boggles my mind how u get paid to be absolutely miserable

Me and my husband went to this location and as we were ordering our meal the woman who was taking our order let us know that if we take a survey we could get free brownies. I quickly started to take the survey and after I was done they give me the brownie, however, it was expired. I asked them for a new one and they went to the back and after a while they gave me a “new one”. In the package we could still see the place were the previous tag with the expiration date was, and coincidentally this “new” brownie didn’t have a tag of fabrication/expiration date. This was a very unpleasant situation and their attitude was beyond disrespectful. I wonder how many people they “trick” with this kind of behaviour. If you don’t have brownies to give out, just don’t advertise as so. I would’ve understood if they didn’t have any more brownies, but lying to our faces was just too much, I am never coming back.

On March 24th I decided to try Wing Stop because I’ve heard many good reviews. The Wing Spot just recently opened in 2020.
I ordered the following the 24 pack for delivery. The delivery time took longer than expected. The receipt reflected 42 – 45 minutes it was more like an hour and 5 minutes. The driver was very friendly. I received a text with the status of the order along with the location of the driver.
When I received the food it was cold. Everything from the french fries to the wings. I reheated the french fries but they were a bit soggy.
The flavor of the wings wasn’t that great. The lemon pepper wings were so salty. I mean extremely salty. I was surprised and disappointed. The mild wings had no flavoring, and no kick at all. What a disappointment.
The carrot sticks with ranch dressing was good. The ranch dressing was flavorful.
Regular french fries were a disappointment because they were soggy. I am a french fry girl so this blew my mind.
The Louisiana Voodoo french fries were delicious and flavorful.
I said to my friend who said this place was one of the best wing spots, that I can make better wings than this place.
I would try them again but if it is a repeat of this current order this place will not see my money for a 3rd time. Disappointed and left hungry.

Poor customer service! Ordered online walked in and was told to WAIT OUTSIDE! Excuse me my order should be ready as there are several on the table. It was not. Wings are VERY SMALL! No wax paper in the bag and it was NOT doubled bagged grease leaking through on car seat. Save yourself the trip – go to Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered this Sunday, and expected a delay considering it was right at kick off. I got there early and my order was only 10-15 mins past my minimum wait time which i expected worse. But I can’t get over how rude and nasty customers were being as soon as they walked into the door. Staff handled it perfectly though the girl at the counter was nice no matter how rude people were with her. The manager jumped into the kitchen to help his staff, and they were all hustling. The manager at one point handed out brownies to the people for having to wait. Great job to the staff, and to customers expect a delay if you order at kick off on a sunday.
