I had a great experience at Red Lobster in Edmonton. The lobster tail and grilled shrimp were flavorful and cooked really well. Everything tasted fresh, and the rice paired nicely with the seafood. The cheesecake with strawberry topping was rich and creamy — a perfect way to finish the meal.
The restaurant was quite busy, so the food took a little longer to come out, but the service was still good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was worth the wait, and I would definitely come back again.

First time trying here and it was delicious! We got the popcorn shrimp and it was a huge portion! For main’s my fiance had the crab carbonara and I had the mariners boil with old bay butter and roasted garlic butter, as recommended by our awesome server Hector! The flavour on the mariners boil was fantastic! I’m new to trying crab and Hector probably could see I was struggling haha! He was so helpful that he willingly put on a pair of gloves, kindly came over and showed me how to crack the legs open and get all the delicious meat out! Fantastic service by Hector tonight, he really made our experience enjoyable! It was fun getting a bit messy with the crab and we had a lot of laughs! We’ll be back for sure!

Ate at Red lobster for many years. First time at this specific location. Me and my girlfriend came here for Valentine’s day under a reservation. Had the best waitress (forget her name), great attitude even though the place was super busy, she was on top of all her customers and served with a nice smile.
Food came out all alright, nothing wrong with any of our items. Solid choice for a typical seafood meal and great service.

I went here for a late lunch on a Friday with a good friend. Our waitress was annoying because she kept yelling through me at the old deaf people in the table behind me. She was pretty clueless.
Food was great and fresh and delicious. I had the Ultimate Feast and would get it again even though it’s pretty pricey.

Food was amazing and our server was the best. He looked after all the extra requests to even moving us to a table that was not under a speaker.

UPDATE FEB4/2026: We have gotten Boils 10 times now, 8 in restaurant and 2 as curb side takeout, i am sadly reporting that ontoday the 4th big mistakes were made, my mom did curbside and waited over 30mins, 3 times she called in and was told it would be ready right away, upon getting our food her pasta was cold, my boil was only 12% warm and unfortunately my boil lacked in seasonings too even though the garlic boil was chosen for its garlic seasoning, now according to google my original review here has gotten 40K Viewers who have clicked on it, which means unfortunately THOUSANDS will now witness an update, i hope next time is better or my review stars will drop to 1 the next time i update this.

just had Their new Seafood Boils, i had the Garlic one, my mom had the Cajun one, absolutely worth every penny, our server Hashim was incredible, he was also super cute, adorable and had major sex appeal, every bite was messy and delicious, i also tried their new 3 drink coctail which i will say my vision is fuzzy from just those 3!! Hahaha over all an incredible service, buns were fresh, hot and tasty too…oh oh at the end as i was finishing my last drink Stevie nicks 7 wonders came on so i did a lil dance and sang abit to it as its a fav apart form her song crystal.

We had the best waiter called Tia, gave us good recommendation. For the food we had a garlic shrimp (8/10) , the shrimp linguini alfredo (6/10) not much sauce, popcorn shrimp not different than the ready one bought from no frills or fresco (7/10). We also had the salmon New Orleans (8/10). Kinda did not meet my expectation, I was expecting much more!

Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, my meal was disappointing. The rice was overly salted, to the point that I had to ask for plain rice to balance it out. The jambalaya only had six shrimp, while the sausage portion was plentiful. I should have chosen the create-your-own option—seafood may be their stronger suit.

I had placed a delivery on the website yesterday and it was quite an unpleasant experience not because of any fault of red lobster but the driver as i never got my food.
I went in to the restaurant today and spoke with Baljinder- the manager. He was so attentive while I explained the issue. He listened to me to understand never once interrupted and even tried to make myself and my boyfriend comfortable by offering us a seat at the bar while waiting. He was very solution oriented and honestly this experience alone was great!
So i’d like to say a big thank you to Baljinder because what could’ve easily been a frustrating experience turned out to be great.
