Fantastic cafe! Food was fresh and tasty, and the drinks were out of this world. Probably the best chai latte I have ever had. Can get pretty busy, so get here early!

Incredible spot for breakfast and coffee! We stopped here before a trip into the mountains to fuel up and so glad that we did. Ended up coming back the next day for breakfast again!

The bagels and breads are homemade and SO fresh. We had the bacon egg and cheese, monte cristo and the Fall Turkey sandwich special. The BEC is one of the best I have had. Their caramel apple latte was a 10/10!

Highly recommend and will definitely come again next time we are in town.

I was in the area as part of my quest to visit all 100 counties in NC, and I stopped in for a early snack.

Very cozy with a good matcha lemonade and an AMAZING ginger molasses cookie.

It looks like they have an eye towards sustainable packaging and community. Will definitely stop in the next time I’m in the area.

I had a wonderful sandwich Sunday after church. Though the breakfast menu looked tempting, I went with the Sassy Turkey. One of the best turkey sandwiches I have ever had! Toasted english muffin bread, with chilled roasted turkey, whipped feta, four fruit jam, mixed greens & a drizzle of sassy balsamic with your choice of chips.

Great over all experience and friendly staff, too. Come check it out!

Visited Fox & The Fig today with my mom and sisters (and my 8 month old) and we very much enjoyed our time there. The decor and vibes were amazing.
Food was delicious (and very accommodating to our various requests and needs), and I really appreciated the diapers and wipes available in the bathroom for the baby. 10/10 experience. Will definitely return.

A super cute cafe with AMAZING food! We ordered the foxy scramble and everything was seasoned perfectly. The eggs were hands down the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. A reasonable price for how much food you get. Definitely recommend!

Tucked away in the hills of North Carolina, this little hidden gem is worth the trip no matter where you’re coming from. The culinary craftsmanship here is exceptional—flavors are perfectly balanced and melt together beautifully. I ordered the Turkish eggs, and the chili oil was absolutely divine. Their French toast offering also looked inviting!!!
Couldn’t resist taking home some cookies for later—equally delicious! Had I known they were going to be so incredible I definitely would’ve taken home more as I was driving from Kentucky to South Florida when I found this gem of a restaurant
Also, if you try balancing a coin on the lemon, be careful it’s like playing the slot machine. You’ll wanna keep doing it over and over it. It’s addicting. !!

Excellent location with a variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Great selection of coffee. Their cold brew has floral notes, which some might enjoy. Excellent customer service with a friendly staff. Make sure to try their gluten-free peanut butter cookies! Delish!

Awesome spot in a small town. We were here for a wedding and needed some coffee – didn’t expect to find food and a vibe. Bustling coffee shop with breakfast, lunch, and brunch. Eclectic mix of chairs and seating for singles and groups, indoor and out. Caramel latte was perfect. Brunch the first day was alright – biscuit was a little dry and the gravy was a little floury. I hate we got it to go because the ambience is half the experience here. Went back before we headed out of town on Sunday, and the SANDWICHES are incredible. Their bread is amazing – none of that too-crunchy mouth-cutting artisan sourdough here. EMT or English Muffin Toast is their creation – not fully on board with the English muffin comparison, but is indeed chewy and holy and delicious. Coffee great, food great, service great.

Awesome spot that made our trip into Spruce Pine. We’re from a small town so I wish we had a spot like this! Make sure you drop by.

What a great place! We went for the Sunday brunch and had the Monte Cristo and the Turkish Breakfast. Both were excellent — see photo evidence! . Get there early — this is an extremely popular place and everything is made to order — so be patient and understanding, it’ll be worth it!!!

UPDATE: ordered the blueberry oat bar to go. It was delicious!!! No photo, disappeared before I could take a photo.
