My hubby and I got 2 bowls, 1 Matty natty bowl and 1 spicy Mac n cheese. It was delicious! Freshly made, didnt even have to wait it was done before we could pour our drinks. Definitely recommend for a quick bite! The staff were friendly and welcoming as well

I know it’s fast food so I know I shouldn’t expect much, but how is it some of my food was fresh, some of it was burnt, some of it was sitting for about 10 minutes and they forgot my biscuit which was the only thing i really wanted. The sweet tea tasted like it was a week old, and then they put it outside to warm it up for a few hours. The door says they lock the lobby at 12, but they actually locked it at about 830. The one kid that actually gave me my stuff was nice, but even then I only saw him for a total amount of 1 minute. Needless to say, this visit reminded me why I never go to KFC. (The picture doesn’t do it justice. There was NO filling in these little things)

Went into order two famous bowls, one chicken meal and extra chicken sandwich with four biscuits, never received my mac & cheese for my meal. Had to ask for my biscuits after they weren’t in my bag got home and found out my famous bowls. Don’t have the popcorn chicken they have regular chicken nuggets. wouldn’t recommend

Always a good time here. Sometimes there can be a bit of a hangup when ordering on the app, but at least you know you’re getting your food made fresh. Employees here were nice and my order was ready quickly.

I cannot walk. I went threw the drive threw becouse I am missing a leg. The car infront of me got served. I got to the speaker and the lady told me to come to the inside or no service. She was verry rude. I tried to explain and nothing. The car behind me got served. Verry poor and rude service. Will not be returning.

Out of all the food chains in the Sandston area, I have no idea who tops the list in poor operations, this location is definitely one of them. 4 of my last 5 orders, I had to file a refund request because they can’t get anything right. It’s already bad enough when a manager screws up your order.

The staff at this KFC were working very hard, it was vey busy. My mobile order said that it was ready, but when I got there, it was just being put together. There were others waiting for their food. My order was so large and difficult to even see if it was correct, I just took it home. Part of the main dish, which was 36 piece chicken nuggets, along with the 16 piece chicken and then chicken tenders, for a family celebration. The nuggets were left off, that was the main dish for the children. Very disappointed in that and that was a $20 Item. I got a discount since this was my first app order. Even though the staff worked hard, I will not be utilizing this facility when I am depending on the food for a large group.

The staff they have in this KFC is the worst, the cashier doesn’t have patience, he attends very reluctantly, they should attend more kindly, people are not to blame, if you got a bad day, they lack professionalism

Would give a zero if it was an option . Went through drive-thru. Food took forever so I assumed it would be fresh. I live about 30 minutes away got home to find my bottom of my chicken bucket was full of dark Grease. It gave my whole family an upset stomach. We probably shouldn’t have eaten it but it’s just too far to go back. I heard people laughing and having fun through the window which is okay but not when the chicken is gross. Probably will not go back. Do not recommend. Ugh I regret going here!
