The atmosphere and service are amazing, but the food is typical fare. They used to flavor their food better and I couldn’t stay away. The prices went through the roof when they realized that they were popular, but they catered to tourists and I feel that they left the locals that give them the only business that keeps them afloat in the winter. Without authentic spices and recipes that they used to use you will be paying higher prices for the view instead of amazing food like they made when they started. It would be my suggestion for them to go back to cooking like they used to and quit raising their prices to stick it to people

I stopped by the restaurant on a trip. I was amazed at the view of the lake. Seating is offered outside as well as inside. The pricing is affordable and proportion size is large. I recommend trying this restaurant if you’re in the area .

We live nearby and visit frequently. The skinny margaritas are great. I do not like the standard margarita mix..too heavy for me.
2 of our standbys are the Parilla fajitas and the shrimp/octopus tacos.
Their dishes are well seasoned and memorable. They also have their own hot sauce made on site which is hot but has great depth of flavor.
Staff is very friendly. Nacho has made sure he has one of my husband’s favorite bourbons.
So glad the restaurant is near.

Tried the Na’cho Margarita food truck at a party on Sat and was so impressed we drove the 38 mins to actually visit the restaurant in Prosperity the very next day! The service was awesome. We had a server checking on us constantly while we ate on the outside patio. The place definitely has a bit of a lake crowd vibe about it which was fun and causal. Looks like if you come by boat you can dock it across the street. The food was so good and large portions and the margaritas were wonderful. Even though it is a bit of a drive from Irmo it was so fun and delicious! We will be back.

Wow, what an incredible experience at Na’cho Margarita! The fact that we could pull our boat right up to the restaurant was a bonus, but the real treat was the exceptional service and mouth-watering food. Our server, Poncho, was attentive, energetic, and paid close attention to every detail, making sure we had an amazing time. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor – we loved every bite! The atmosphere was lively and upbeat, with a great vibe that had us feeling like we were in Mexico. Five stars isn’t enough – we can’t wait to come back and do it all again! ¡Viva Nacho Margarita! Update! 2026 PA style Ham and Green soup beans, WHAT!

This was a great stop off the water for a quick lunch. We went at 2pm on a Saturday and they were very busy. The food was average. I got a combination meal and my wife ordered the chicken and chorizo. Her meal trumped mine for sure . I would recommend stopping just for the atmosphere. The staff and atmosphere make up for the average food. There salsa was great and the chips were non stop. They have cornhole and great people watching to pass the time.
There was plenty of parking at the dock and the freedom boat guys got us in and out with no problem.

We drove 40 minutes out of our way from Columbia to try this restaurant, hoping for a nice meal on the water. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. If you’re coming from Columbia, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re only planning to just have drinks, the cocktails were the one highlight of this restaurant strong and well made. As for the food, it really was not good. I ordered a seafood dish and the “cheese sauce” tasted more like watered down sour cream so we asked the waiter for the shrimp tacos instead and he didn’t skip a beat, took the plate and said he would put the order in, per the menu it was supposed to have cheese, onions, salad on top and when got the tacos they didn’t match the description on the menu at all, it was shrimp and cilantro. I didn’t say anything because I had already sent a different order back, when we got the bill both orders were still on there, my original seafood dish and the tacos in addition. When we pointed this out to the waiter he said that’s what we ordered and that he couldn’t remove it. We had to push back several times for him to “ask the manager” he was gone for about 10 seconds and back again with the bill corrected. That is incredibly poor business practice and left a really bad impression. The chip baskets were also covered in dry salsa which i would have looked past but paired with everything else, no. This could’ve been an enjoyable experience, but with the poor food, lack of communication, questionable cleanliness, and shady billing, we definitely won’t be back.

My family and I came here on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The salsa and chips were fresh and you could taste a hint of lime. We each ordered something different and each meal was devoured. I had the fish tacos, tortilla was thin and lightly grilled, the fish beautifully seasoned and served with fresh onions, cilantro, and limes. Robbie had the Chili Verde which was pulled pork in a tomatillo salsa served with rice and beans. Chicken was moist in the burrito and the quesadilla, the food was hot and the beers cold. Inside seating is large and spacious and the deck is a great place to hang out and watch the water. We definitely will be coming back!

My friend and I were excited for a dinner on the lake. The staff was friendly when we walked in. That’s all I can say. This was a terrible choice to eat. Save your money, stomach and time.
