My husband and I had an awesome experience at this particular restaurant today. Our waiter was top notch, and our food was very good also. Our waiter’s name was Ron and he was excellent, adding to the end of a nice Valentine’s weekend. We both enjoyed our food and left their very full. I wasn’t crazy about the taste of the bread, but was thankful we had some. They had Aqua Pana for their bottled water selection, and I was absolutely thrilled, it is my favorite. We had an appetizer, onion straws, and they were good and I would give them about a four 4️⃣ . They were nicely cooked, tasted fresh, and crisp. I wasn’t over the top about them, but they were good. My husband ordered the Porterhouse Steak with a salad and brussels sprouts. He said he would give it a five 5️⃣ . The steak was perfectly cooked and his brussels sprouts were incredible, I would have to agree. I’m not a brussels sprouts lover, but I sampled a couple of his and they were absolutely delectable. The next time I go, I think that’s what I’ll order. I got the filet mignon and would give it about a four 4️⃣, not because it wasn’t cooked well, but I didn’t just love the flavor of it. I did get the green beans and in all fairness, I’m not a green bean lover, so that probably wasn’t a good choice for me, but with them being only 90 cal, I decided I would do that. However, I did embark on their potato soup today and it was very good! Ron even brought me a sample of it, on his own, since I was not 100% sure if I wanted it or not. After the sample came, I clearly decided and chose it.
Overall, we would give our experience about a 4 1/2. We would give our waiter a five 5️⃣ and some of our food selections a five 5️⃣, while other others a little less. It was truly a wonderful dining experience and I’m so glad we went. We would recommend this Saltgrass Steakhouse.

My daughter and I traveled to Fort Worth for a three-night convention and ended up eating at Saltgrass Steakhouse every single night—yes, it was that good!
The food and service were absolutely outstanding. The white cosmopolitan and grilled pineapple margarita were phenomenal (a must-try!). The blackened redfish was hands-down the best fish I’ve ever had, and the porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection.
What really made the experience memorable was the incredible hospitality. Manager Logan went above and beyond—she took the time to get to know us and made us feel like family. Servers Laura and Kodie were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right each night.
They even surprised us with a free dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was our first time visiting Texas, and this kind of unbelievable southern hospitality made the trip truly special.
I’d give the service 5+ stars if I could! Highly recommend Saltgrass Steakhouse in Fort Worth—5 stars all the way!

Haven’t had a good meal out in months the ribs where very good and my husband’s cut tip stake was very tender. Will try and go again if we are back this way.

Incredible! My mom and I came from out of state, this place happened to be near our hotel so we stopped in. Amazing staff, amazing food, the atmosphere is such a vibe and it’s cozy inside! Logan, Laura and Cody treated us like queens! Next time we come to Texas this will be our first stop!

Great service and delicious food! We walked right in to a table with no delay. Several employees made sure to get us some water while we studied the menu. Samuel took great care of us and made sure we had excellent service and our food was exactly what we wanted. The manager came by to thank us for visiting but that maybe something with my Landrys Select Club membership. Both our meals were so tasty! Although we are frequently near this location we forget about it because it’s complicated to get to but I think we’ll make the effort more often because today it was great!

Absolutely wonderful place to eat as someone who has to eat gluten free. We come here as a family all the time and are landrys members as well which is a rewards program that gives points and birthday rewards. We have been lucky enough to have Trini as our server multiple times and he is absolutely wonderful! Great service and he even remembered us and our orders!

My family and I dined at Saltgrass Steak House last night for my first visit, and it was a fantastic experience. The environment was warm and welcoming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious.
A special shoutout to our server, Pierce — hands down one of the best waiters I’ve had in a long time. He was engaging, easy to talk to, always smiling, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His friendliness and dedication truly made the night.

First and foremost, the Logan (manager) is AMAZING! Attention to details, attention to staff and especially attention to customers! She always makes us feel like she remembers us even though we know she stays busy and talks to everyone our waitress was Phoenix, just liek most orlf the servers we’ve had, she stayed on top of it, a glass was never empty and our needs were never in want. The bartender Noel is by far the best! Just another staff who always greets us no mater where we sit. She remembers our conversations from previous visits as if she wrote it all down. We do have other favorite waiters but another shout out to Sam! We’ve been coming since 2011 and he’s been there since day one, when we became Landry members! Thank Saltgrass Fam

Had not been to Salt Grass in years. I will say the Pineapple Tequila drink I had was amazing! The Range Rattlers still on point, very good. Service was very prompt. I would say the steak was OK. The flavor seemed a bit bland. I will try it again though.
