Absolutely Amazing! Located inside holiday. The staff, the food, atmosphere, it became super busy and the staff from the hotel swung in to help, so food came out promptly! It was hot delicious, just like you menu described, and dare to admit I almost ordered a second burger when I was done just because. Out side seating was very nice, weather was great. Restaurant itself was clean and tidy! Thoroughly enjoyed!

This is by far the most over priced burger I’ve ever had! They claim the burgers are hand patties and that the menu items are made from scratch however the absolutely perfectly proportioned burger defies that statement,, I have worked in restaurants for 45 years and can definitely say that is not what a hand pattie burger looks like. The portions were extremely small, the flatbread appetizer we ordered was soggy and tasteless. The server did a great job, she was attentive and kind and she was by far the only thing we enjoyed about the experience. Two stars is being generous, do better please!

If you have another option, go there! Waited 45 minutes for our food! Chicken was very dry and burnt. Asked for no spicy sauce and got it anyway… couldn’t eat it! Hamburger was just warm. Waitress did give us 20% off and gave me another sandwich. It was overly greasy.

I had dinner recently at Burger Theory after a flight from Houston. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean & welcoming. I ordered a Farm Fresh burger and fries. It was delicious. The service was excellent and I didn’t wait long for my to-go order. I would definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner.

Everything was on point. The nachos fries were seasoned so well and the queso seems homemade – really good. The wings were crunchy and the sauce didn’t have a chemically buffalo taste. The burger was cooked well done but still juicy. Only complaint is that the onion rings were a little over cooked. 10/10 recommendation

Pretty decent burgers, ambiance is a bit blah. Compared to typical hotel lobby dining, this place is excellent. Compared to other gourmet burger restaurants, it kind of sits in the middle of the pack. Okay service, but like most places these days, felt understaffed.

Never been to Burger Theory but this was a great impression other than fries. I think I ended up making my own burger and added some Swiss and bacon and their awesome KGB sauce. It’s kinda like a smokey, sweet BBQ sauce. Fries really sucked and were bland.

The fries were awesome! Burger was pretty good too. Ordered a double with no bun. It was cooked properly. Bartender was friend and attentive. Open until 11pm which was nice.

The one server is severely overworked. At least the Saturday night I ate there. Food took longer than expected and we waited a very long time for the bill. But bless her heart…. she had 8 tables to herself.
Husband had the BT Boss with Onion Rings. The spicy onion ring dip rocked. Onion Rings have a crispy Panko crust. The burger was super juicy & full of flavor.
I had the Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad. Everything was fresh and crispy! First time in a while when the salad was amazing!
The atmosphere had the feel of a Steak and Shake with better lighting and a bar.
