They re-located and reopened, which I was super excited about! When we went to the new location, service was terrible… we never got our drinks till I said something about an hr later to our serve, and she didn’t even remember what we got so I had to tell her again.. When we were done eating, she was quick with the bill though. I understand there was a big party ahead of us, so we expected to wait, but 2.5 hrs of waiting for one of there combo meals is a little much. In our seafood combo meal, it came with muscles – but our muscles were still clammed shut together. When we opened a few to eat, there was still seaweed in the muscles (meaning they were not cleaned out). Gross! Also, I want to mention that we usually can share a seafood combo between two people and have left overs. We did not have any leftovers and still left hungry. Super disappointed and we will not be returning.

The Juicy Shrimp Shack is a great place to try if you are looking for good seafood (or pho). During our visit I ordered the Beef Pho (which I consider the best Pho here in Oshkosh) and the butterfly shrimp. The butterfly shrimp was fresh and delicious and the shrimp sauce seemed homemade. I would reccomend ordering here for a classic Wisconsin fish fry Friday. My boyfriend ordered their house special seafood boil and his face lit up as he took his first savory bite. During our visit the staff was friendly and took time to explain any questions we had. We most certainly will be back!

My husband and I drove from Fond du lac to try it. Didnt even know where it was exactly. Walking in, we had no clue what to expect, this restaurant is in the same building of a bar I partied at in my 20s! First impression walking in was how nice the lights and decor made the atmosphere feel. We ordered drinks from the bar and picked a table. The menu, flavors, spices and everything were explained very well to us. They gladly took mine and my husbands picture, as it was date night. My husband ordered some chicken wings and was shocked at how good they really were! Perfectly seasoned, cooked and topped with delicious cooked onions. My husband told them to hug the cook for him haha.. I had a shrimp and crab boil with a cajun style sauce, and let me tell yall, I was in HEAVEN!!! Everything about it was so delicious! I had a bib, gloves and a cracking tool also. I ate every bit of it! They also made sure that my husbands food was not cross contaminated, as he is allergic to shellfish.. that’s a huge deal for us!!
This is not a fancy dancy, corporate style restaurant. It has a very chill atmosphere, music playing by the bar, etc. If you’re a judgemental, complaining asshat, then this place is not for you!! The reviews I see on their Facebook page are just a bunch of people whining. Get over yourselves! It’s a NEW restaurant, I’m sure they’ve had hiccups and will probably have more.. they just need a chance! Overall we had a great experience.. we both left full and happy!! We DO recommend!

We went here on a Friday night for the first time. There was maybe 5 or 6 other tables in the place and one waitress plus the bartender. We ordered a seafood boil and my fiance got the Pork Belly and Rice dish. The boil was okay – the shrimp was overcooked and were very hard to peel. The Pork Belly and Rice dish was TERRIBLE. Pork Belly was dry and unseasoned. It came with this very odd sauce – some pepper tasting thing.

I would say 4 stars for service. Our waitress was AMAZING and super nice. The bartender was okay.

Food is not the best for the price.

I got the catfish and oh boy was it delicious! They are a bit expensive, but the portion size and quality of food is absolutely worth the extra couple bucks.

The staff were absolutely awesome. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful.

This place has definitely made it into my list of favorite places to eat.

Highly recommend!

I came in with high hopes for dinner with my partner. We were okay with waiting, which we did, for quite a while. We ordered the combo special to share and when it came, it was lukewarm and unflavored. They also forgot the potatoes in our order. The shrimp was not deveined and was very unappetizing. The seating was also uncomfortable and sparse. I would not come again.

Super nice and very polite, helpful staff. 4 of us dinned. Had raw oyster special which was delicious, as was the Shrimp Po’Boy. The Pho is super authentic and flavorful. Husband absolutely loved the fried gizzards. Prices are reasonable and food was very good. Only drawback is it took forever to get our food and it came out piece by piece. They clearly need more kitchen help, but if you’re willing- it’s worth the wait.

The food was AMAZING! The service wasn’t the greatest … server was very friendly, but overwhelmed, as long as you are okay waiting, it was well worth it. Amazing doesn’t even describe how good it was. Oysters were fresh and delicious and the Combo #1 boil was out of this world… I felt I was on the East coast or Louisiana…. so delicious!

I ordered the seafood special and 1lb of crawfish. I asked for their house sauce.. the sauce was thick and sweet.. I bought it 9/22 and 9/23 I was so sick I ended up calling into work and been throwing up half the day.. maybe it was a bad batch of seafood but the sauce was horrible so it could of been the sauce but whatever it was I kno I will not eat there again.. I’m a Lousiana native, and this was the worst seafood boil I have ever had in my life.. I even considered asking for a refund.. I spent $58 and missed out on $274.20 in OT because I couldn’t work today..

It was my first time here and I got the popcorn shrimp basket and a garden salad. The salad was delicious, fresh an crisp and large. My basket was full of real French fries and my shrimp was cooked perfectly it was absolutely perfect I will definitely return
