Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop. The food here has always been really great, but their Diet Dr. Pepper tastes horrendous each and every time I’ve gotten it, which today is the last time I’m attempting to order probably any soda from this location. I had to swing by a different restaurant to get a drink.

I’ve visited this location several times before for lunch. Today there was miscommunication among the team making my orders. I was very impressed by the leadership displayed by the manager on duty. She was completing a task at the time, overheard the problem and immediately came over to correct the situation and reassured her team. She made it not a problem at all! I saw this Potbelly and dined in for lunch.
I ordered the following items
– 1 Tuna Salad Sub w/ extra Hot Peppers
– 1 Zapp’s Mesquite Bar-B -Que Chips
– 1 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie
The total for all the items came out to be $14.34.
The Customer Service was Fast and Friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the one and only time I’ve ever left a review.
I came in and ordered my BLT with no tomato. They not only repeated back to me no tomato but I said it twice. They all giggled and whispered behind the counter making me feel weird. It was like a group of bullies. Only to come home to extra tomatos on my sandwhich. I have social anxiety already, I was having a bad day and for some reason they thought it would be funny to pick on me.
I went back a handful of times because I really do enjoy Potbelly’s but every time the customer service is worse than ever imaginable. Being made fun of by all the employees is a weird experience. Kindness goes a long way.

Vicious Cycle
Order a sandwich with bacon, get no bacon. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Definitely won’t be going to this Potbelly’s in the future.

We’ve tried this sandwich shop a few times since moving to the neighborhood since its so close and the company has such a great reputation. But this location has consistently given us sub-par meals that are inaccurate to our orders, and given us attitude when asking them to fix it. The staff are entitled, rude, and are clearly lacking decent leadership. It’s been this way for over a year, and it’s especially bad when they’re running specials. Ads and deals are the time where youre supposed to gain more business, not usher potential customers to the other sandwich shop down the street. Incredibly disappointing. Stay away. We will never waste our money here again.

The person taking the order just seemed like they hated working there, very short toned, no personality, young girl taking the order. I read another person’s review after I wrote my review and I completely agree. These are immature young girls working there. I noticed the attitude too. I had to edit my post after reading the comments. I said several times not to add any hot peppers. Lately the hot peppers at Pot belly have been extremely spicy. It clearly says NO Hot Peppers on the wrapper, they added 3x the amount on each sandwich. I normally eat very spicy, but this is ridiculously spicy!! I asked for all the other toppings, Lettuce, Tomatoes, etc on all orders, my mediterranean sandwich only had Hummus, Cucumber and tons of hot peppers . The sandwiches were extremely spicy even after removing the peppers. My family couldn’t eat their sandwiches. We threw them out and ordered from somewhere else. Not what i expected after a crazy busy, hard day of work!! Never going back to this location! Paid full price for this garbage!!

First Issue
-Placed an order on the app.
-Arrived 15 min later with nobody in front of me.
-By the time they finished my sandwich is was 10 minutes and 4 cars were behind me at that point.
-What’s the point of ordering ahead and wasting time on an app when it actually takes longer than just ordering in store???
Second issue
Ordererd and paid for a wreck sandwich, received Turkey only with half of the typical condiments missing and the kids absolutely hate. Not only was the sandwich that I paid for in the garbage, but I had to leave the house again to purchase another meal somewhere else. Never again

Just came out the drive thru …..and first of all ….the girl at the window kept sniffling..like she had a cold or something ..that was the 1st bad sign……..and her skin wz ashy between her fingers when I gave her my card…it was just a weird vibe…on top of all that…. I think she made my sandwich too…so..I opened it..seen she didn’t listen when I said “light turkey..very little turkey”..because it was too much meat on it…….and also….she didn’t say thank you when she handed me the bag…So…i just threw it away…don’t want to get sick eating a sandwich they didn’t make right anyway

When I arrived with a friend, the place was calm and relaxing. Yeah, we may have arrived at a later time during the day, but it was still nice to have a sandwich and just wind down with the nice music they played. Both Max and Betty were very nice and patient while I decided on what I wanted on my sandwich. I can’t remember the other worker there at the register (white, young adult male) but they were all dedicated in their work and it’s nice to see that. I will be coming back here again!
