The food was absolutely delicious, and that’s the main reason I’m not giving a lower rating. However, I have to mention that my “stuffed chicken” wasn’t actually stuffed — it was just two pieces of chicken with some sauce in between. The service was very quick, and our server was incredibly kind. The only downside was a slightly odd smell in the restaurant; they should pay more attention to cleaning. Because of that, I’m giving four stars.

Hello Olive Garden,
You are the most hyped restaurant in US especially to try Italian food.
I’m sure it’s definitely worth a visit , but you should be prepared that there will be a lot of people always in this restaurant.
We went to try their items , though it’s raining there are a lot of people and it smells kind of bad.
But overall, they have a very good restaurant management system, and they are trying their best to cope up to the customers
Items we tried
— Fried Shrimp
— Desserts
Both the items are very good and tasty, I definitely recommend to try once.
The saddest part of Italian food for me is, it’s just a one time visiting food.
So if you want to have a new vibe to enjoy, then I definitely recommend visiting Olive Garden in Italian restaurant.
Feedback for the restaurant
— Install a very good air freshener.
Cheers

Got right in on a Sunday evening. Everything started good! Server Nelly S was attentive and very nice. She was a bright spot on this visit. The problem was with the food. And the bugs flying around and landing on the food. I ordered the Chicken Margarita and broccoli, the chicken was overcooked and tough and the broccoli was undercooked.

Went on an ironic double date here since we haven’t been to Olive Garden in a hot minute, and was actually blown away by the service. Ryan said he’s newer, but we couldn’t tell. He gave us truly some of the best, most human and fun customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. You’re awesome Ryan! 🙂

I want Tony to be the officiant to my wedding. He’s like the final puzzle peice. The last center bite of burger. A greasy egg mid hangover. A warm hug in the cold. And an ice water in the summer. Great waiter, great man, and the best person I have ever met. I will name my son after him (im due in april). Thank you, Tony

20 out of 5 stars. I put in a mobile order earlier today, but they forgot one of my side salads. I contacted the manager and confirmed I would come by later in the evening or the next day to pick it up. She was very nice and said no problem. Later in the evening I did just that. Not only did they upgrade the side salad to a full salad, they provided me with a $20 gift card. It wasn’t necessary for them to do that as mistakes are made all of the time, but they insisted they made it right. I can’t recommend this location enough. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I’ve had two dinners at the Olive Garden with a community group, and each time has been delightful!
Most recently, a group of 5 of us met to celebrate the holiday season. Melanie W. was our server, and was FANTASTIC!! She was very friendly, attentive, and efficient; even though we arrived at different times, she was able to keep up with our drink and food orders, and ensured that everyone had exactly what they ordered. She checked back frequently to see if we would like more salad and breadsticks (yes, please!) and that we were enjoying our main courses (definitely!). When the time came for settling the bill and we all needed separate checks, she handled it with grace and calm, showing us how to use the automated point-of-sale device to call up each of our receipts. Most of all, she was truly committed to ensuring that every one of us had a great meal and a great time.
The food was all delicious! We ordered everything from spaghetti carbonara to lasagna to eggplant parmigiana to ravioli, and it was all yummy! We finished our portions and some of us ordered take-home plates as well for our spouses. The salad was fresh and plentiful, and a great complement to the main courses.
Many thanks to Olive Garden for taking such good care of us every time we visit! We’ll definitely be back!

I order from here on a semi regular basis its always a 50/50 chance your food is going to come out edible. But the past few experiences when I come pick up my food and take it home have been absolutely disgusting. This time pushed me over the edge I ordered the Alfredo with a 6oz sirloin steak and when I got home about 10 minutes after picking it up. I could clearly tell they picked this steak from the back of the freezer. It must have been a completely frozen rock they shoved in the microwave for 10 minutes and served it up. This random hunk of meat that definitely isnt a sirloin looked more like a meatball that was forgotten about in the freezer that they last minute found and gave to me without looking at the expiration date. This thing was truly disgusting for a 20 dollar steak ive cooked better 2 dollars steaks from Aldis than this random ball of meat they gave me called a “Sirloin”. Never ordering here again im tired of the “Roll of the Dice” 50/50 chance my food will be edible from this location. Im truly disappointed please train your “cooks” how to cook some steak. Messing up a sirloin is a back to the basics type of situation (how to cook steak 101). Im done with this location im disgusted I wasted 20 dollars on this frozen rock they call a sirloin. Never again.

I took my two kids to eat here tonight, and was felt very fortunate to have Marcus H. as our server. He was so nice to my kids and made them feel included in the meal and answered all of their questions. He was absolutely great with them. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a horrible experience at the Olive Garden in Lee Summit and on the way home we decided to go This Olive Garden that we have been to before and it’s always been amazing. This time did not disappoint. We sat at the bar and Chuck the bartender was our server. He was awesome!!!!! 100 stars!! The manager who was greeting people at the front door at that late hour was amazing. Also, she was super sweet. Didn’t catch her name, but she had a ponytail. Every single person that worked there was polite and nice And extremely welcoming. The food was hot and amazing as usual. This will be our new go to Olive Garden. Avoid the Lees Summit location at all cost. It is awful.
