What a great surprise! This small and unassuming stop has great food in a fresh, clean, well decorated atmosphhere. The ingredients seemed fresh and the food prepared to order. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just be careful in the tight parking lot and you will love it.

I was visiting from out of town with family and decided to go to Nortenos.
Establishment was clean and homey as we walked in. We were seated quickly. Even though, at the time, there were only three tables with patrons, we didn’t get a server for 13 minutes. Server took drink order and returned after five minutes with our drinks. The margarita was fresh and handmade, tasty. Server disappeared and then returned after a few minutes; she took our entrée ordered and didn’t return until she brought food order. Meanwhile drinks were empty and had been for over 15 minutes. It appeared that the two other tables of patrons took up all of our server’s time, and we were kind of forgotten.
The food was authentic and delicious.
Unfortunately, I don’t think the great food outweighs the bad service. I will not return to Nortenos, sorry.

Great customer service. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. The women’s restroom was spacious and had a changing table .
The Mexican Cokes were cold. The food was not very hot when served and it lacked a little salt, hence the four stars.

4.5 Stars: We popped in for dinner before the football game and were pleasantly surprised by our delicious meal. My husband ordered the seafood soup and really enjoyed his meal. I had the traditional enchiladas which were also good. Chips and salsa were good. The iced tea was not so tasty but even with that we would still return.

Ordered two entrees via door dash. With tax and tip, $40. Only one entree received. Called restaurant. He said I only ordered one entree. I said that’s not right. He checked again and saw that I ordered a second entree. Told me to call door dash, said there was nothing he could do. The one entree I received was not acceptable. Fed it to the cats. Forty freaking dollars.

Food is super good but the older female waitress could be a little nicer with customers. She attacked me for bringing my cup into the place because apparently no outside food or drinks are allowed. I understand that part but theres a better way to explain that rather than the “I’m gonna need you to leave if you dont throw that away” comment she gave me.
