The food itself wasn’t bad, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I tried calling the store multiple times to ask a quick question about my order, but no one ever answered the phone. It’s frustrating when you can’t get basic customer service, especially when you’re spending good money.
The delivery also took much longer than the estimated time — about 20 minutes late — and while the pizza was still edible, it definitely wasn’t fresh out of the oven by the time it arrived. What really disappointed me was that they didn’t include any Parmesan cheese packets or chili flakes with the pizza. It’s a small thing, but it’s standard at most places, and it definitely affects the experience when you expect it and it’s missing.
Overall, the pizza was okay, but the lack of customer service, the late delivery, and missing basic condiments made it feel like they just don’t pay attention to the details that matter to customers. Not the worst meal, but definitely not somewhere I’d rush to order from again.

I eat here often, I go to school up the street. I came in today to pick up my order and the young man who rung me up was the best! I came in around 3 pm and I just wanted to let management know. He was polite and kind and was enthusiastic while working. This is rare nowadays and I hope he gets some recognition for his great attitude!

I ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza and added extra pepperoni, garlic and mushrooms.
I received a pizza with only the toppings!

When you order online, they will send you a receipt saying Whole ingredients. In other words, it includes the pizza dough with cheese, and the extra toppings and on top of the recipe it said Meat Lovers. They charged me for a Meat Lovers Pizza and charged me for the toppings but received only the toppings! So if this happens to you, call them before you pay just in case you have a question with the receipt. All I know is I am paying with cash next time and send it back if the pizza is done wrong! ✌️

This is a Pizza Hut to-go place. Very small.
The location of this place is a bit sketchy and the place is not that clean. The floor is sticky. The Italian Meats pasta with the garlic bread sticks are quite delicious. Pay an extra dollar to add cheese to the garlic bread sticks. It’s very close to the main Vegas strip so I’ll return for the convenience and the price. It’s only a few minutes’ drive from most hotels and it’s a lot cheaper than getting Pizza Hut at the hotel.
Also the portion is generous here.

Food got delivered cold, pizza was not fully cut, breadsticks seemed like days old and so hard . Called the restaurant , the guy said oh its because we are busy. I said well is there anything you can do to help ? He told me no we are busy. I said can I talk to a manager or someone that can help me he left for 2 seconds and said no.

I had some great customer service from a lady on the phone named Denise, I originally called the store about a order I placed and it took over hour or so for any updates on it. Denise informed me that my order was ready and waiting on a driver to come pick it up. Later she calls back to inform me that the driver picked up my order then cancled my order through the app. Denise said she stopped the driver and grabbed my order back from the driver when he canceled it. For the situation that happened with wait time and the driver, she helped me out getting the order to be placed again and remade the food for me. I hope the owners/management sees the review and give her a bonus or something special to help her! Thank you so much and God bless.

These were THEE UGLIEST pizzas I’ve Ever gotten from Pizza Hut! My last order was great. I thought I might be able to change hubbys mind. The sauce was put on in a circle shape, while the crust is a square. Too much sauce. And the cheese didn’t even cover the sauce! I ordered the big box. 1 pepperoni 1 pepperoni and mushrooms. With meaty pasta and regular bread sticks.
I got 1 pepperoni. 1 mushroom. They put the pepperoni IN the pasta. And cheese on the bread sticks that I’m sure I paid extra for. Sooooo disappointed! Besides all that, I think the operator that took my call was based on the other side of the earth. I almost hung up bc I couldn’t understand Any of his greeting.

Management is very rude never fails to disappoint the only reason why we order once in a while is because of the stuff crust but something always goes wrong your surprise our pizza came with a big hair! Called Asian lady manager was extremely rude screaming because I told her I wanted a full refund since we send the driver back with our pizza.
