Cecilia was wonderful bartender and made great suggestions for us. She was engaging and really top nothch! The food was fantastic. We got in on the lunch special and it was delicious. The building was really beautiful, super clean and classy. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. Great margaritas too!

I have reviewed Mexican food restaurants all around the US and I must say that this is one of the best I’ve been to. Javier was our waiter and he was phenomenal. The food was exceptional and hit all of my marks for presentation, value and taste. I had the roasted red snapper, absolutely delicious. My wife had the Mango salmon which was also divine. As far as presentation, I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she prepared fresh guacamole right at the table for us from a cart and oh my goodness, it was probably the best guacamole I’ve ever had. This is a 5-star restaurant all the way. When you’re in the area, stop in. Tell them Rich sent you and you’ll get a good seat!

We visited this place last 12/28/2025. This is a GEM Mexican restaurant in the city of Eustis. Ambiance is cozy, top tier dining experience at a reasonable price and spacious open space concept! Food is sumptuous and delicious. It’s hard to stop munching those chips once you start. I ordered Ribeye Steak as suggested by our server Paola. The steak was on point and it did not fail. One of the best steaks I had among the restaurants I have been into in the City of Eustis. Shoutout to “Paola” who took care of us really well. We had a great experience. We were a party of 12 and service was amazing. We will be back.

Our first time dining here! Food was delicious. The restaurant was busy but was able to seat us right away on a Friday evening around 6:30pm. Our server was great but it looked as though her section was both ground level and upstairs which made getting her attention when needed (water refill) a bit difficult otherwise she was good. Horchata was excellent! Chaska was scrumptious (we ordered it hot) and everyone of us (party of 3) enjoyed their entrees. Definitely going back as there was a lot on the menu that caught our eye!

From the start when I walked in to the restaurant I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. I went to the bar and again was greeted with a friendly bar staff that quenched my beverage needs along with another pleasant greeting with a basket of warm home made tortious and salsa. I had visited a few times that week and ordered a few great selections that was enjoyable and touched my pallet with tantalizing tastes and a mouth full of flavors that was very satisfying. I started with the ceviche, also had it with octopus another visit, that was very tasteful and well presented. The octopus was another great appetizer that had a great flavor and complimented with a mango salsa. Another visit I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger that was stacked with bacon, avocado, cheese and a special house sauce and served with fries (no bun for im gluten free and they do have great choices for gluten free guests). Another visit I had the chicken street tacos that was also a great choice, i had a side of birria sauce for dipping. While another visit I had the Enchiladas Supremas which consisted of 4 different types of enchiladas that each one had a very distinctive flavor that was also satisfying. Everyone that came in to eat where also very nice and fun and enjoyable to be around. One couple had the Whole Fried Snapper which just by the look of it and the aroma of fresh fish was enough to have a mouth watering experience. I also tried the Mahi Mahi that was very well presented with the flavor to validate the aromas. Everyone that I have spoke with about this authentic gem, all had great things to say about this new adventure here in Eustis. Make the trip, its a must visit.

Even though it was very nice inside, we decided to take advantage of a beautiful, breezy day and eat at a table outside. The food was very good, but our server was excellent. She did everything we expected and she was very personable. Unfortunately, her name wasn’t on the receipt, so I can’t tell you who to ask for.

This is our favorite local Mexican spot. We’ve gone to a few places in the Mt.Dora/Eustis area and this is the one we rely on for good food consistently. The food is always good, but the real highlight is the tableside guacamole. There’s a woman who makes it fresh right at your table, and it’s honestly the best guac I’ve had anywhere. I’m usually a queso person, but if she’s there, I’m ordering the guacamole every time.

The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. It’s the kind of place that feels reliable — great food, generous portions, and a fun experience.

Highly recommend, especially if you get the tableside guac!

I walked in to friendly faces and a beautiful interior with a lot of seating options and wonderful A/C to beat this heat!

The waitress was attentive and kind. And the food was well flavored. Most shockingly, the lunch portions were huge!! This is great value for the price with an enjoyable atmosphere ideal for a nice luncheon with family, friends or coworkers.

Hopefully it will stay in Eustis, so please come visit to ensure we get to keep another good restaurant “downtown”!

I am not Mexican by birth, but I do identify as a Mexican food enthusiast. This is, by far, the best place we have been to in a long time. Elizabeth was our bartender and she was enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly I got the chicken bowl and hubby got the carnitas. Both were flavorful, abundant with meat, and arrived quickly. The chips and salsa were good, but the margaritas were the highlight. We never get house margaritas, but these were the highest quality and best tasting ones we have had. No need for top shelf or Cadillac here. I can’t believe there is not a line out the door to get in.

We were in the area looking for a nice place to get dinner. I normally take the time to READ people’s reviews before going to a place and I was surprised that even though the quantity of reviews were low, most of them were pretty good!!
We ordered the Trio dip appetizer and it was AS GOOD as it was described!!
The ranchero steak with black beans there is TO DIE FOR… and the Cancun Chicken had grilled vegetables and a cheesy cream with shrimps that you just cannot believe the combination of favors, but the steak OMG THE STEAK….. you deserve to try those grilled flavors!! .
As drinks, my husband played safe and order a Corona but I wanted to try the Mezcal Mule… and look… now I do not want any other mule than that one!!

Hahahaha.

Not only we loved all the flavors, we supported a new business, we got to meet a wonderful server PAOLA (she advised the steak so now WE LOVE YOUUUUUUU for that), but also we left knowing that even though we are not locals, we will be happy to drive 45 minutes from home just to get great food again.

Thank you for a delicious dinner
