I’m really disappointed with the lack of distinction between Zeppe’s and the Fly High companies. I think it’s fantastic that the indoor trampoline park has the Italian ice company within it. The addition allows its patrons to enjoy a sweet treat. However, for someone who is coming specifically for the Italian ice, they should not have to walk through a business that is completely unrelated to the other. I do not appreciate being directed by Google to a place that is not a legitimate stand alone Zeppe’s location.
The company really needs to have a talk with Google in order get its descriptions correct.

This is a concession stand inside the Fly High that offers just a few flavors of Zeppe’s Italian Ice. The description on here lists more flavors than they actually offer. They only have a couple of tables and those tables are next to the trampolines.

Where we live, we don’t have an ice cream place nor a place with dairy free AND gluten free options. The Dole Whips were AHmazing!!!! We raved about it so much we tried to find a recipe to make it at home. We will definitely be back though every time we come to Ogden!!

Called ahead of time on a Sunday afternoon and was told this location was open till 8. Came to the Fly High adventure park at around 7:20 and an employee informed us that they close their concession stand an hour early (which is where Zeppe’s is in), therefore this location closes at 7 instead of 8.

Ordered and waited 35 minutes for one gelato, while several customers who came in after me received theirs, are and left. I Reached out to an employee, said “I’ll go check” waited an additional 10 minutes and still nothing happened. Asked for a refund.. took an additional 10 minutes. 55 minutes for one medium gelato and left empty handed. Not impressed. I had left a $5 tip as well.
