Made me wait over 20 minutes for a DoorDash pickup, ignoring me as I rang their doorbell for online pickups multiple times, and continuing to take over 10 other orders from the regular line of customers, most of whom arrived after me. After the 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone, had to wait another 5 for them to actually start the order and another 5 to get the 2 items…
Some days have been better, justifying a mid rating.
Otherwise standard quality of any dairy queen.
At least it wasn’t melted.

I waited outside for an hour getting bit by mosquitoes, and suddenly and without warning the establishment was abruptly closed and I was denied service. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me the entire time I was there. There were at least 4 employees in the establishment. 1 was making ice cream and 3 were cleaning the back room. The inability for 4 people to assemble 3 ice cream cones in 1 hour is a clear indication of inept management.
The manager was also very rude, and was loudly complaining in front of customers that she wouldn’t get out on time (because apparently making an ice cream cone is an hour long process) and was yelling at her staff.

Left pic was supposed to be blue raspberry freeze and the right pic is a grape freeze! It’s just ice cream and the lady said that’s how they come and shut the window on us. Every other Dairy Queen we’ve been to have been a blue and a purple freeze.. never going there again!

Absolutely a mockery of the Dairy Queen franchise, management has an awful egotistical attitude, poor communication, and down right negative outlook. The worst part of it is that the managers love their attitudes, and love the fact that people dislike them. They even talk about it like it’s something to be proud of. It would be worth your while to go to the New Baltimore one instead, nicer management and most likely better ice cream too! Wish them the best because they clearly need it!

Got a Sundae from here along with a foot long hotdog with everything on it. Sundae was okay buy not much of a value given price and volume you actually get. I personally think this specific Dairy Queen is more pricey than most due to it’s location by the docks and frequent tourist visits.
The Foot long hotdog was a much better deal and I enjoyed mine. My dad who was there eating too says he’d give his Hotdog 5 stars he liked it so much.
I am more thinking 4 stars myself.

Management is unprofessional and rude. Definitely higher in prices compared to other locations. Never given correct portions and they’re always forgetting something!! My grandma has been there multiple times ordering banana splits, and they have forgotten the banana, and other toppings. Would spend your money and time elsewhere.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line and recieved a half melted cone and a cookie dough blizzard when I ordered a smores. By the time I got home they were already closed. They also didnt flip my blizzard. Quality has gone way down.

It’s sad that I’m the second person in a week leaving a review to let you know you’re teenage employees are closing early. My husband went to pick up an online order 30 minutes before they closed and all the lights were off. Luckily our order was made but he said it looked like they were closed already. I don’t know what’s going in this year but this wasn’t my only bad experience here this summer. We hope you guys get it together because we’d be very sad to lose the Dairy Queen we’ve been frequenting for 13 years.
Edited: The girls working tonight were trash talking about clients behind the closed window unaware that they could be heard saying things like “I bet they never worked in customer service”. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told “I am the manager” by a hostile boy. He told me that’s not what the girls said and that they were trash talking the owner not the customers. Currently trying to call corporate 8 minutes in with nothing but dead air. Also, the health department should probably look into why their ice cream isn’t frozen.

Always a good experience here. Just bought an ice cream cake recently for my fiances birthday. We also buy from here more than I’d like to admit lol Excellent treats, very friendly and helpful staff. Tina is a great employee and provides great service!

I went to this Dairy Queen several times last year and let me tell you, it was not up to my standards! I am talking about the quality of customer service and the quality of products. I have seen a change in this location, from the products to the cleanliness and I just want to say to whomever runs it, keep taking the criticism with a grain of salt and keep doing what you’re doing!
