The customer service was amazing. The staff was friendly and was quick to bring get my food (5 stars for customer service). The food was disgusting and not edible. The 50 cent boneless wings were too doughy and floury that was not edible. The fries were weird tasting and not edible as well. The flavors taste weird, bland, and too spicy! Would not come back again for a while. (0 stars for the food)!

9:30pm today, Alista (served my order) was rude. Long dark braid, tons of makeup and tattoos. No greet, smile. Just quiet, points (instead of helping), and grabs from you, looking misserable. And literally tosses my order. Cant believe they hire someone like that.

I went there this week and the experience was terrible. They told me to wait for 20 min, then I came back and told me to wait for 10minutes. When I came back they found my food but it was already cold. Then, we ordered boneless and we chose 2 different flavors, well .. they gave us regular wings with no seasoning on it. The taste was awful, we couldn’t even finish them. I won’t come back to this place , terrible experience !!!

Our 1st visit today. Fist of all lemon pepper chicken is too salty, parmeasan chicken likewise is vey salty. 2nd, there is no table napkin but what im surprise is it looks like a paper towel that is available in their restroom (look at picture i attached) very familiar when you go inside their restroom. 3rd the paperbag is great but if you order to go, you end up a styrofoam box not very friendly. Lastly there are no available condiments only as small portion of catsup inside the tiny plastic container and if you get more, you waste more plastic container rather than a refillable environmental container. To sum it all, its very salty, and expensive and too much waste. I would love to visit diferrent location but not vero soon, sorry you only deserve two star for now.

I ordered online for pickup. I tried the chicken tender combo with fries and a drink. The honey hot rub flavor was good. The spicy Korean flavor was ok, but not for me. The fries were good, and I loved how they have vitamin water in their soda dispenser.
Overall, the service was great. My order was on time and I had no issues with anything.

I always leave this place with a sense of satisfaction. The staff is great; they always double-check and ensure that they give me the right order. They never fail to make the chicken wings delicious. The place is quite small, but I personally prefer to dine in with a few friends or just myself.

I Came to pick up my order at 1035 food was good and usually when I come into this place it seems good and everything but today I seen the front cashier guy on his phone and the Asian cook guy with with no hat …not sure if that’s acceptable when handling food but from what I know is that your not …I’ll be back eventually just not now… 3 stars…
