This is unacceptable. Bread was all doughy not toasted at all. The fires were undercooked. Tried to give them a chance but last week they delayed the order. Tonight this is what gets delivered to the house

My partner tried the Special Philly cheese task taste amazing. The flavor of the chicken on the chicken bounced across my mouth tasted lovely. 100% recommend. Price range for the two meals we ordered including drinks was around 20$ went around the midday middle of the week so it was pretty calm.

You kicked my mom and I out into the cold.
I used to go here growing up in greensboro. I was in town visiting my mom and she asked where I wanted to go. I was feeling a cheesesteak and fries so I went here for nostalgia.
They close at 9. We arrive at 820 and order, sit down ready to enjoy our meal. A woman comes out and says you cannot eat inside the dining room is closed. I asked if we could just eat really fast we would be done well before closing and she didnt answer which I knew meant no. There were no signs and the dining room is open until 9pm on sundays.
The wind chill tonight was 6* we just wanted a quick hot meal before going back into the cold and you couldnt even give us a table to sit at for a few minutes.
Have some decency for humanity. You lost my business.

The person who takes orders or it’s the one who makes the order don’t pay attention. The pizza is lest to be desired. They don’t have pickles or basic condiments. I hate leaving bad reviews so on a good note they played good music

3 of us ate at the West Wendover, Greensboro, NC location on Wed, January 28, 2026. The fries were crispy to perfection, The Dagwood and Grilled cheese steak were fresh and flavorful, and portions were perfect. The bread was fresh and also flavorful, not just a holder of the sandwich ingredients.

Placed a pick up order Thursday, 10/16, and it was perfect. But what really made the experience was the very tall gentleman that was working the grill/slicer. I didn’t know where the to-go area was, he politely directed me. While waiting for my order to be done, he communicated with me that it would be just a moment. And it was just that, but he had thrown in a cup of fries for my wait. It may seem like a small gesture but it was exceptionally nice and lowkey made my day as I hadn’t eaten and now had something to snack on in the car on the way home. It’s folks like that that care about the product and the customer that ensures I will be back to this location above others.

It was okay. Don’t get me wrong the sandwiches where beautiful and a nice size for the medium sub. I ordered the Reuben and it lacked in flavor. I’ve had a lot of them and this one rates last on my list. My brother got the Cheese steak and fries which were over cooked and just bits. And the menu was surprising to say the least. Everything had to be bought separately which was a huge turn off in the hyper inflated economy we are in. This place is for the single or couples without kids. Honestly, for what we paid we could have sat down at Outback or gotten a two for twenty at Red Lobster . Guys, you need more specialty items and deals for customers. There were only 5 people in there in an hour. I’m an accountant and from what I witnessed you need to go back to the drawing board on a few things. I don’t think I will be returning any time soon.

If I could give it a -1 I would, absolutely got completely ignored while I was there. I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting to order and a woman that walked in after me got paid attention to before me. I love Penn station normally but i will never go back to that location, I might as well have been a ghost.

My first experience at a Penn Station restaurant has not been the best. I believe it’s probably a great spot to grab a quick lunch on the go. However, my lunch was not at all what I’d hoped for. I ordered the monthly special ( The Club) which may have been good if it had been completely drowned in mustard and mayo. So much so that it poured out of the side of the sandwich into puddles on my tray. I couldn’t taste anything else above the condiments. My fries were more like crispy crumbs. The only redeeming quality of the whole experience was the service. All were very kind and willing to help. They greeted and smiled at each customer and provided relatively quick service. Just sad the food wasn’t on the same level as the service.

The Philly cheesesteak here was pretty good the cheese melted off the sub, the fries however was burnt to a crisp. I didn’t realize that it was until after I left the establishment so I just threw them away, the sub saved the day.
