This has happened many times and just tired of it. You pay .75 almost a dollar for these already small containers of marinara all so the employees can put a drop of it at the bottom. Its outragous its a scam its theft. Im tired of it the price is already crazy and then you do that. Ordered teo of them this time sometimes i order like 7-8 with a larger order more people and it adds to the bill. Do better papa johns.

Got to the restaurant 5 mins after pizza was supposed to be ready. Was told it would be 25-30 mins. Pizza hadn’t been started yet. The employee was rude, offered no apologies, and blamed it on staffing. Will never order from this papa John’s again.

Wow… No sauce on my wings. No blue cheese with my wings that I ordered. No Cheese dipping sauce with my order, that I ordered. This “extra spicy sausage” pizza SUUUREEE looks like extra, doesn’t it? Also, this is extra cheese as well..? Do the employees just pick and choose what they add to an order?! What a waste of money and a joke.. Don’t bother. There are three Pizza Huts with-in ordering distance. It may cost a tad bit more, but at least they seem to care to read the orders and what goes into them.

By far the worst pizza place in Middletown OH. Ordered for delivery at 6:00pm said an hour. After a hour and a half I call and tell them I’m coming to get it. Get there at 7:30. We’re sorry it’s not ready. How? One pizza missing that’s how. Waited for the lm to remake the pizza. And I get one hour old pizza and one fresh. They should have remade both of them. Poor customer service.

Ordered The Works pizza last night. My husband picked it up. As you can see, it has hardly any toppings. While he was waiting, he watched the staff taking a break. He noticed that when they returned to work, they did not wash their hands. The manager was bearded, and it was not covered by a hairnet. Yuk! This used to be a good restaurant. What happened?! Next time, we’ll make a short trip to Franklin to the Papa John’s there. I always had good luck there. I won’t eat food from a filthy restaurant

Ordered online. Confirmation said be there 7:47, I got there at 7:50 they told me it’s going to be at least 30 more minutes, staff is standing around on their phones and talking. No wonder this place had 5 people waiting in the lobby and several more in their cars. Terrible, go anywhere but here.

Ordered at 7:20 Friday night. Pizza and wings. I was told about 45 mins. OK. 1 hour I called to check status, it is being prepared. OK. Called to check status at 1 hour 15 mins, order being prepared. OK. Called at 1 1/2 hours, order being prepared. I understand friday night busy, tell me 1 hour, or hour and 1/2. Called back to talk to employee to get eta. I was told Doordash will be here at 9:01 to pick up your order. No thanks, cancel order. I’ve seen doordash videos, and what they do to food. 1/2 hour later I get a nasty text from Doordash driver. Never order papa John’s again.
