I recently visited Firehouse Subs, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience.
The service was very slow from the start. It took much longer than expected to get our order prepared, even though the store wasn’t overly busy. The bigger concern, however, was food safety. While making sandwiches, one employee came out into the lobby looking into cabinets for lids. He got down on his hands and knees during this search and was touching the floor and cabinet areas. After that, he did not change his gloves before returning to food prep and continuing to make a sandwich.
After witnessing that, I honestly didn’t even want to eat the food anymore. Cleanliness and proper glove changes are basic food safety standards, and seeing that made it very hard to feel comfortable with the meal.
I hope management takes sanitation and food handling more seriously moving forward. Customers deserve both timely service and safe food preparation.

Today I was there at 11:20 AM. It took them over 30 minutes to get my sub. I feel like all they care about are the online orders. I wish they would do a better at communicating. Some of the former employees would tell you it’s gonna a 25 – 30 minutes wait. I appreciate that. I would go there another day . They will say we had a lot of online orders and we’re short handed. Today there was only 2 employees making sandwiches and one on the register. They are always busy at lunch. You have to have more employees at these hours. It’s frustrating when you spend most of your lunch break waiting for your sandwich. You have to do better. I don’t know if I should come back to support this place.

Ordered our food to go, waited almost 30 minutes. Got all the way home and realized it wasn’t what we had ordered. Drove all the way back just to wait over 30 minutes to have it fixed. Two hours for a sandwich plus the cost of driving back across town. Then after they make a new one, they made the sandwich a small when we ordered a large. Absolutely ridiculous. The food is delicious but not worth the process of trying to get it. I really hope management starts to do better. I had to call three times. I understand being busy but hold your company accountable for sloppy work. Then the manager on duty tried to get me to call back or come back later for another manager to deal with their mess up. Then all they offered was a refund of the difference in size for the sandwiches. Will not be back and will tell everyone we know to stay away from this store unless they have all day to waste their time trying to eat.

Slowest service i have ever experienced. It took this lady 42 minutes to make two subs. I was the only customer and the only subs she was making, so, no, she didn’t have online orders ahead of me. That was ridiculous. We won’t be back.

Just had the best customer service ever at this restaurant! Was greeted and served promptly and continued with friendly convo while my food was being prepped. Granted there weren’t a lot of people in there so it was fast service but Gabrielle (I’m assuming she was the manager) was incredibly welcoming and was actively TEACHING her newer employees what to do to be more efficient! I will be back for sure! Thanks for the great experience! And as always my sub was delicious and filling!

I havent gone to Firehouse at this location for awhile now, because of customer service and to be honest the prices. I went today and had the best experience. The gentleman that waited on me was excellent. His customer service was the best I have dealt with really anywhere I have been. Kind, friendly, attentive and simply an amazing personality! Thank you for my experience! The Sandwich was great too!

I ordered two subs for delivery while at work, one for tonight and one for lunch tomorrow.
When they arrived one was literally the bread with two lines of sauce on it. Not a single other item! Just bread and two lines of BBQ sauce for almost $12!
My other sub was the new Thanksgiving one. DO NOT ORDER. It literally had three little strips of turkey on each half, a smidgen of cranberry then the rest stuffing. Not even close to worth the money.
This is the second time I have had subs delivered from this location and both times they have been incredibly subpar.
I will never order from them again.

This place is always clean and the people are friendly. Adam was great with greeting guests and making people feel welcomed. Our food was made quickly and was pure delicious perfection. By far my favorite firehouse subs in the area.
