I have always enjoyed going to this establishment, largely due to the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff. The staff made the drive-thru pleasant and honestly brightened my day with their sweet and good nature.
The restaurant has now switched to AI taking orders, and as I result I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to be told they didn’t have what I ordered. The decision to use AI is nothing more than a shareholder driven and soulless money grab to not pay real people living wage.

The young ladies were sweet and sympathetic that’s why I can’t say anything bad about the service. They must have been short staffed and work with want they had. This was the first time I been to Bojenals ana had so many people waiting on their food. The two ladies that was working did a wonderful job of getting orders out even though I had to wait longer than usual. I don’t have nothing to say bad about customer service when I know they’re trying to do the best they can with what and whom they have. No complaints from me. I know it’s hard but both ladies did it with a smile . That made my day.

Went through the drive through and got the 12 tender family combo and got all the way home and for 45.00 i got old chicken very hard and I live 20 min away and was not going all the way back. 45 is alot of money to me and we don’t get to eat out alot and so for it to be like this is very disappointing. I will say the biscuits were very good. Very upset I didn’t get to enjoy my dinner. But they service was fast and they were polite. I don’t know why it want let me post a pic of the chicken.. for a min I thought it was liver or something it was so dark. I would have been happy to wait for them to cook more.
