I went through the drive thru tonight with my husband and the guy at the window accidentally dropped my tots. He owned up to it and tried to make it right any possible way for the additional 2 minute wait for new ones, even at my protest that it wasn’t necessary! He did a fantastic job and we appreciated his commitment so much!!!

Long story short, order was wrong and the shift supervisor was very eude. We ordered through door dash, driver contacted and stated he was waiting on onion rings. It took nearly an hour for the order to arrive. The onion rings looked shredded, one of the burgers was supposed to be a double cheeseburger pickles only came single patty smothered in ketchup, the burrito looked thrown together. When we called the store the shift supervisor was very rude and stated she told the driver that her people were just not listening.

Kylie needs to definitely improve her customer service skills. Push the red button and she said we needed to wait for her to take another order. Waited 5 minutes and wasn’t another person in the parking lot at all. Pushed it again and she answered a you could tell she forgot about us. We order a kids meal with a jr. burger and she adds just the burger and asked what else we wanted. We had to tell her 3 times we wanted the kids meal, not just a junior burger. My wife spoke up try to make clear that she wanted a kids meal. Kylie got an attitude and said “Don’t yell at me!”. My wife never yelled, she tried to speak up and more clear so they could her. So my mom just ordered.
She places her order, which was put in incorrect and the waitress *argues* with her on the price of things and how the waitress put it in wrong! Two plain cheeseburgers, one with ketchup (which was not added to the order, thank you), should not cost $36. Then, she makes sure to put it in wrong so she knows it will cost more, even though it’s the same thing.
Then, when I try to call the manager to get things sorted out, the manager doesn’t answer the phone and the location itself isn’t receiving calls.
There’s no excuse for this attitude or not listening to your customers.

Multiple occasions of bad experiences, but this was the last one. I ordered ahead 20 minutes or so, because you know how slow sonics are. I get there, wait 10 minutes, and they come out to tell me they threw my food away and are making new stuff. I ordered ahead for a reason. I used to love sonic. I’m officially done w every sonic thanks to this one. SHUT IT DOWN!

My first time through this establishment after hearing they do “a good job” but boy was I surprised. I waited 49 minutes, drove home(which I live about 4 minutes away), opened my bag to find over half my order was missing. Hopped back in the car to return to see about the remaining items from my order to have been greeted by the nastiest attitude BECAUSE I CAME BACK FOR WHAT I ORDERED. good luck you. I never do this but…. The wait was seriously long. Which would have been ok, but the food was barely warm. We didn’t get straws(we had 2 plushies) we asked for condiments specifically and didn’t get them. We had a chilli cheese coney and didn’t get a fork. Oh and we ended up with a melted shake that we didn’t order
