The staff was rude and they don’t know how to run a business . The first problem they make you use the kiosk instead of an employee taking your order. Mind you they had two in person pay stations available. The kiosk does not give you an option to choose the pieces I would like to pay for. The staff was rude about accommodating my order after I explained the kiosk didn’t give me the option . I even offered to pay to accommodate my order and they still didn’t want to work with me . I suggested to return my money because they would not fix my order. Their response was I had to call the kiosk dept to get refund. The food was good but the service terrible kuddos to the cook lady with a mask on she actually works . If I could give 0 stars I would !

Although you’d expect it to be greasy, it’s too greasy and has a strange taste, perhaps because of that.
It’s fine for a quick bite, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. There are places with better food for the same price.

The food is fine, it’s a malls Popeyes. The people who work here are abysmal. They’re very slow, and they don’t comprehend things very well. I tried to order a large fries, and was told they were out. Asked if they were out of fries, nope! Just…out of large ones. I asked her to explain, she said they’re out of the large fry boxes so she couldnt sell it to me. I asked if she could just ring me up for a large fries, and put the whatever doesn’t fit in the regular fries in the bag, or to use a different container. She said no, “because we are out of the large fry boxes”. Gave up and just ordered a regular, and she has the nerve to ask if I just want one. Girl, I WANT a large fry! But instead you want to upcharge me for 2 regulars cuz you can’t just…figure it out?
Not to mention how often they are super busy and they’re not at all trying to get stuff out in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered a 3 piece tender and it was so thin it was literally one regular sized tender sliced into 3 pieces. I paid over $16 for this meal. I would’ve had returned it but we were in a hurry to get back to my sons game.

The food quality at Popeyes in The Woodlands Mall was good, but the staff’s attitude and the overall atmosphere were disappointing. Their behavior was not customer-friendly at all and created an uncomfortable experience — enough to make you forget the taste of the food. I definitely expected more respectful and professional service from this location.

My family came in the mall to get food and to walk around, one of the workers called my daughter stupid because he couldn’t speak proper English. I wanted to talk to the manager not the employee that called my daughter stupid. I asked nicely to get a refund the GM said he couldn’t do it because it was from the kiosk. They couldn’t give a refund so I could just leave instead they called the security and told us to leave without the food and the refund. The GM was very unprofessional about everything instead of just giving the refund so I could leave he held the food hostage until I just decided to leave. I will be contacting the manager of the mall and asking for film so I can finally get my refund.

One of the workers called my daughter stupid and the manager was rude and caused a scene. Refused to give us a refund. Stated they dont have the capabilities to refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude, disrespect employees. Do not waste your money here.

This place has got to be the worst Popeyes on the planet. They messed up my rewards account and the manager didn’t know how to operate the register he couldn’t speak enough English to navigate the computer. Zero help I would recommend going anywhere else. Please stay away from this location
