Stopped here on a roadtrip and the service was great! Staff (including the gas station staff) were all super polite. The veggies were in great condition and the woman stacked up my sandwich. Would definitely return 🙂

I have been coming to this subway for years. And last week I get the same sandwich I’ve always gotten and the bread was crumbling and falling apart, hard as a brick, even when I put it in the microwave to try to soften it up, but it still was hard old steel the young man that fixed my sandwich didn’t even check to make sure the bread was soft Normally, the ladies a check the bread to make sure it’s soft if it’s hard to throw it away, but he’s very unfriendly. Subs are too expensive to have hard bread. I’ve never want that experience again.

They close at 7. I walked in at 6:40 and was turned away at 6:50 because it takes 10 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. AFTER waiting in line well before they close. It would be different if I had shown up and she let me know in advance. I was there and in line 20 minutes before they close. This lady is costing yall business and money.

By far the worst Subway in Fayetteville. Constantly out of meatballs and usually cookies as well. Customer service is a joke here. Asked for a district manager phone number and they wouldn’t provide one. To top it off, you usually have to stand there quite a while waiting to be helped while the employee’s sit in the back room. I eat here 2-3 times a week and generally have the same bad experience every time.

I was a customer of the Circle K. I walked around the back of the store to get some ice. Tiffany, the Manager of Subway, was mopping. She stopped and put her hand on her hip and was glaring at me. I asked if she had a problem. She said yes, you just walked where I mopped. This store is right off the interstate and is very busy. She came up to me very confrontational and I asked what her name was and who the manager is, her exact words were “you’re looking at her”. I cannot believe the rudeness and complete lack of customer service. Even tho I was not a customer of Subway I will not ever be as long as Tiffany is the Manager.

Made a order online around 7pm to pickup, my mom went to pick the order up around 7:20, When she got to the place the food was ready, but the girl working would not let her add another sandwich to the order even though the hours stated that they close at 9pm. The girl stated to her that she was not making anymore sandwiches, but if they close at 9 she had plenty off time to make another sandwich for her. This happened at the one on murphy rd.
