Always 10/10 from this place! The managers & staff go above and beyond! I really appreciate the guy in the drive-through today taking time to talk to my daughter as she was taking her insulin shot. She’s newly diagnosed type one diabetes, and he made her feel so special by letting her know that his sister and his dad are also type one diabetics those little things in life really matter and we appreciated it

I haven’t been to this chain for years, but someone else was buying.
Taste was fine; portions have shrank by half on the size of the nuggets, and my container of fries wasn’t even full. No, none fell into the bag.
Service was fine.
Between rising prices and smaller portions, Chick-fil-A is a poor choice.

We went here right in the middle of lunch hour and this place runs like a well oiled machine. A kind was firming do they opened two more registers The crew was out cleaning tables as fast as they became empty and our food was delivered hot, fresh and delicious. 5 stars well deserved!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints!
Hands down the best fast food chicken out there. The spicy chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and full of flavor — you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The staff were friendly, upbeat, and made the experience even better. Always a pleasure to stop by!

Come to this location if you like being stuck in line with no way out for 40 minutes.
Edit: 10 minutes is not accurate; it was 40. I watched the clock waiting for my food that ended up being cold. The manager did end up offering us a meal so I increased service to 3 stars for that.

Food is always great…when you get what you ordered. I’ve been to this location several times and they have gotten my order wrong more time than right. Either the wrong item or forgetting to give me items. Double check your bag before leaving or you’ll be waiting another 20min for the correct item.

Food was great. Even though they were very steady and busy, tables counters and floors were all clean. Someone was cleaning at all times and restocking. Friendly service and fast ordering. My nuggets were fresh and perfect temp.

As is with any Chick-fil-A they strive to do the absolute best they can and it reflects this one only being open for a little time a couple weeks they’ve got some fine tuning to do on there fry cooking and other things but it is a Chick-fil-A The food is delicious The getting in and out of the new parking lot design is confusing for a second they could have painted some arrows on the ground to stop me from driving out the wrong way and having to stop and turn around cuz there would cars coming so I would pay attention to the entrance and exit they are not universal one way in one way out not as busy as I thought it would be for an opening new food joint and the area nowhere near like the slushy place that just opened across the street

Typically gets the order correct but today tyler took our order. He didn’t know what honey roasted barbeque sauce and gave me honey mustard. Didn’t put chick fil a sauce on the order. And the bagger gave us a 3 piece strip when we paid for 4. I don’t typically point out issues but having this many at once is so out of character and disappointing

Went through drive thru this morning around 7:10am. I asked for 8 count nuggets and a large unsweet ice tea. Person taking order at the speaker was hard to hear, and not from the volume. I had to repeat the order several times because they were only saying 8 count nuggets. Got to the window and they had me down for 2 orders, but got that resolved with little issue. Then only got a medium and not a large drink. No big deal. But after waiting for a long time at the window and finally receiving my food (they had the food for the 5 cars behind me lined up). The nuggets were barely warm. There was not even any internal heat inside the chicken. I would expect that I would be receiving hot and fresh food after waiting so long. Chick-fil-A has to be reheating food from the night before. And the method that they were using was taking too long. There is no other thing that would make any sense.

It was not until later that an employee came by and said that they were closed. Two other cars drove in behind me. It would have been helpful when closing your store earlier than normal to put your hours on the store sign, put cones up with store closed sign before entering drive-thru, or at minimum place store closed signs on the drive-thru speaker. But it appears that the management at the store is incapable of think proactively to help direct customers. Even the Chinese restaurant down the street was able to communicate that they were closing early. Removed star from previous review. This store is just failing at communication.
