As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the employees. The gentleman working around 8pm were all VERY welcoming. They made sure we were taken care of and even told us our food was coming out hot and fresh. If were ever up this way agian, Ill make sure I go out of my way to stop at this Wendy’s specifically!!!! Thank you to all the men for their hard work and positive attitude. You dont get that alot anymore!!!

The cashier seemed to have an attitude while he was taking me and my sisters order. And he seemed as he was focused on others things while we were ordering like he was listening but he wasn’t. This is my first time at this location and will likely be my last.

Did not get to drive thru. After waiting a considerable amount of time for the car in front of me to place their order I thought something is wrong here. So I pulled out of line and drove by the window and saw three employees having a conversation. Hands were raised, couldn’t hear what they were saying, but it was obvious that they were having a disagreement on something. While the car behind me made four cars waiting to place an order. That is unacceptable. I hope the manager of this Wendy’s makes the employees realize that their customers are more important than their disagreement.

Today, I stopped by the drive-thru, and I must say that Monica, who was taking orders, is truly the most delightful person I’ve ever encountered at a Wendy’s! Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded if my order was incorrect due to her wonderful demeanor! Fortunately, everything was just right, and the food was fresh! I wish the Wendy’s in Zion Crossroads had customer service standards as high as hers.

Went to the drive thru and was completely blown off. Sat there for 15 minutes and still no one took my order. Went to the windows to make an order and they got a ugly attitude and refused to take my order. Told me I would have to go back through the drive thru. Witch had about 10 cars in it by this time, that piled up from them not taking any orders.

To the management of this facility:
Y’all should look into the staff that worked the night shift Sunday, October 5th, 2025. They closed your restaurant down 2hrs before closing time. Myself and a line of cars behind me all tried to order over a span of 40min. The restaurant doors were locked and no one could be seen working inside even though someone came over the speaker saying they’d be right with us when we first pulled up (which clearly was a lie). Whoever was in charge of allowing this and those involved should absolutely not be employed. Tighten up.

They were doing some renovations, but were very helpful seeing that I was with my 6 year old son and I am disabled until I get my hips replaced and they were so helpful. Giving my boy extra toys and free ice cream for being so mature and helping me out

Team here was extremely accommodating and helpful. Placed a mobile order for in-store pick up. Inside was closed but the two women I spoke with understood and helpful in every way possible super nice and my food was hot fresh and yummy

Went there last night had a really nice person at the drive-through food taste good as normal but when you pay for something, it’s pretty awful when you don’t get what you pay for supposed to get three things of fries only got two.
