My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time and came in about 45 minutes before closing (we didn’t realize at the time). We ordered pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks, and everything was absolutely delicious! The service was fantastic — no one made us feel rushed or uncomfortable even though it was close to closing time. We really appreciated that. We’ll definitely be back!

The lack of experience in running a restaurant shows very much. The lack of experience in cooking shows very much. The lack of properly trained employees shows very much.
We ordered chicken strips and a chef salad and yet still waited 1 hour, not even estimating here, to get our food. When it arrived, the chicken strips were clearly just pulled out but they were put into a bed of cold, soggy fries and the chef salad was missing 3 of the key ingredients.
We decided to give this place a second chance after the poor performance on their soft opening. We understand the lack of experience on that day. That experience is still missing though. Having an owner, management, and staff that have no idea how to run a restaurant is obviously a bad combination. We won’t be returning to this place and we absolutely will not refer people to it.

I was very disappointed with our order. The french fries were cold and burnt . Need to change the oil and my fish sandwich was also burnt and cold. We wait over forty-five minutes for our food. There was another couple with a small child with the same problem and they were there before us and got there food way after us. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat there. It was awful food and service. Ten dollars off your bill. What a joke

No signage to find location – still has signs from previous location’s name (Fat Monn’s Grubb?) Prices are absurdly expensive for mediocre food and poor service. Inside is tacky with painted over walls that still show old logos.

Ordered food, went in to get food asked about the pizza sub which was open face instead of a hoagie, not a problem. Then no menus because she didn’t have ink…. still no big deal. Also was told not to go by menus on line because ANYONE can change them …HUH!!!!! Get home and call to tell her that we didn’t get everything we ordered and paid for. She WAS VERY RUDE and replied, “I just knew you were going to call and complain”…..so why was that?? SHE OBVIOUSLY knew something was wrong but tried to reverse the blame onto us and hung up on us. Save yourself a trip…..worse food ever…..$70 of it……and lack of customer service. We tried to give them a chance….. Never again. THE young girl working there was the only positive. The owner needs to learn from this young lady.

I was not happy with my take out order last week, at all. It was awful I ordered a calzone ham and Swiss all the inners were in the very center and spread throughout the entire calzone. It was also crammed into a white to go box instead of a small pizza box. My husband ordered a Italian combo sub and it was all bread. He don’t get the veggies on it just the meat and cheese and banana peppers. He did not tell me that it was that way until he ate some of it. Picture included of what it looked like. It was pathetic looking. So I ended up cooking dinner anyway was a huge waste of my time and money. Wait staff at the register was busy with her phone. Kitchen kids were messing around. Only a couple tables with customers. Was very dark inside.
