I havent eaten from Hardee’s in over a year. Today I did and I was truly impressed. The food was fresh and hot. I ordered a hot ham and cheese on Frisco combo. The fries were on point!!! Not a crumb left. The Ham ans Cheese was hot and the cheese was so gooey! The ham was packed to the gills.
Friendly and courteous staff made my visit nice from beginning to end. Wish all Hardee’s were like this.

Ordered through the drive-thru. Ordered chicken tenders, which were grossly overcooked. The outside of them were dark brown and the chicken was as dry as the Sarah Desert! I had a coupon for $5 off my order of $20 or more but they started out saying it was only good for an order of $25. They finally read the coupon. We waited approximately 15 minutes for our food. It’s a common theme for that Hardee’s. I would suggest they take training at the Barnwell Hardee’s. Best chicken strips ever there. Also they handed us our drinks without one of the lids attached. That was almost a disaster. I know they could do better with better and proper training.

Just left there at 5:55….waiting on 6am when we were informed that the restaurant is short staffed, doesn’t have a cook and probably will not be open for business no sooner than 7am. Thats not good at all

The floor was clean and not sticky—something I always notice, especially after having worked in one of Hardee’s branches myself. It instantly told me that the staff here takes pride in their work and keeps the kitchen well-maintained. A clean front often reflects a clean kitchen, and that really stood out to me. Staff are polite as well and energetic which is a big plus.

Stopped here for a late lunch. Service was quick and friendly. Dinning area was clean and orderly. Food was hot and fresh. Dukes BBQ chicken sandwich was delicious.

I’ve lived up North for several years and forgot how amazing the food was. Woman taking my order had me laughing the whole time. She didn’t even know I had just taken a leap of faith and driven over 14 hours by myself with my two dogs and trailer. But she made my day. Made the first night in my first home a little easier because I was able to look back and see the kindness and feel comfortable in the area.

The service here is seriously lacking.. Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, I smiled and told the lady my name. When she handed my order to me I smiled and said thank you, I said have a good night….and not ONE WORD. I was offended by her demeanor toward me. She looked at me blankly as she served me and did not say anything. It was the young lady with the blonde highlights.
