Hello, I am a very upset customer. I just spoke with a very rude general manager from the urban egg restaurant on Belleview Greenwood Village about my charge to be reimbursed because it was a mistake, on the website it is not well specified how to order through DoorDash, or Uber Eats . This lady yelled at me., and intimidating me on the phone. Andrew , the manager was very nice, very polite, and professional, on the phone. I occasionally go to your restaurant, but I will never go back. I am giving a 5 star rating for Andrew, not for the general manager. Sincerely, Marie

The Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group has some of the best restaurants in Colorado Springs. Sonterra happy hour is famous and best value, Salsa Brava the best Mexican Food, and Over Easy – good breakfast, fantastic service!

I’m not saying I hated the restaurant it self, you never got to go in it so subsequently you never got to taste the food that was claimed to be so great!!! The place was never open. We went at various days and times and nothing! They had a sign up and everything but it was NEVER OPEN.
I inquired with a few of the surrounding businesses about this restaurant and they All concurred, it was never open for business, they saw some minimal activity and that was it.
What a shame when you are trying to support a local restaurant but it never comes to pass if you will
