I have always preferred Taco Bell as a convenient grab-and-go option for my kids, but today I had the worst experience ever.
I placed a simple order through the drive-thru: 6 items (3 soft tacos, 2 chalupas, and 1 burrito). After waiting about 10 minutes in line, when it was my turn, the staff member took my payment and then asked me to go around and come back again without providing any reason. I asked for clarification, but the response was simply to repeat the same instruction.
I complied and went back through the line, waiting another 20 minutes. When I finally checked with the staff, they mentioned it was only for takeaway, which made no sense because neither the customers before me nor after me were asked to do the same.
When I raised this concern with the store manager, she did not provide any explanation, did not apologize, and showed no sense of accountability. To make matters worse, the requested sauces were not included with my order.

If you’re going to order pick up with the app you better be ready. This Taco Bell doesn’t mess around. Your food with be hot and ready before you leave your driveway. The staff was very polite too!!!

I had a good experience. I ordered online and even though it was late the guy got everything on my order right. The food tasted fresh and the tacos were neatly packaged which I really appreciate. I also like that they still have affordable things on the menu.

First off Taco Bell uses the lowest quality ingredients available, but it’s usually good for a quick bite, when your in a hurry. This location must be on the verge of bankruptcy because they put absolutely next to nothing inside my tacos which I will provide a picture of below. I gave them two stars because even though the quality of food was horrible the staff was decent & they did not screw up anything on my order which is a rarity these days. The picture of the taco is after I scraped a huge gob of sour cream off, because for some reason sour cream on a hard Taco shell is just not appetizing to me.

I’m not really the person to make a review because it is a fast food place so expectations are always low. BUT wowwww. This is the quesorito. Literally look for yourself. It’s literally just a tortilla and like a little spoon of ingredients. I don’t know what I expected when they pretty much shut down at 10pm when they close at 12am. The store lights were all off but had three employees just hanging around when I finally decided to pull to the window because they wouldn’t say anything at the drive thru. The person at the window claimed they didn’t respond because “they were changing the battery” the other employee said to quit lying. I wouldn’t even post this if they would just be average at making food.
