Only order from here because it had 5 stars ever one who rated this five star don’t have taste buds. I ordered orange chicken it was cold and it was general Tosh with orange peals. Order shrimp egg foo young and the gravy was tan not brown the shrimp fried rice with regular fired rice with medium well cooked shrimp on top of old fried rice. The shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce was watery I would have gave it 3 stars if my food wasn’t cold. My orange chicken is general tosh flavor with over cooked orange peals not orange flavor shrimp roll only had one shrimp chicken wings was just ok

Quality absolutely went downhill! Raised in WO and have been coming here since i was a child and was very disappointed with todays order. Ordered 2 lunch specials including lo mein, fried rice & mixed vegetables. All 3 tasted so strongly of bad old oil that the food was inedible. It was so bitter and left a horrible taste in our mouth.The fried rice was also so stale it was crunchy. My extremely picky toddler never turns down her favorite chinese food but even she refused to eat. Complete waste of $35

I will never call to order anything from this place again. The woman who answered the phone did not listen and turned out to be very rude. I am a patient at Alaris Health as soon as I said that she asked for the address and then asked if I could pick up. I tried explaining that no I could not pick up and she asked if I was paying cash or card. I told her cash and she said I’m sorry we don’t deliver I said what do you mean she said we do not deliver, I’m very sorry and hung up. Never again with that place.

I see the bad reviews so I have to say I think I got lucky. I paid $11.70 wonton soup and shrimp mixed vegetable with white rice. I think it was done in seven minutes. This was my first time here. The soup was delicious. It was tasty. I was happy to see that the shrimp dinner was filled to the rim. I hate it when they get stingy. I would recommend it because I had a good time the first time experience

This place serves some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time! The flavors are rich and authentic, and the portions are more than generous. I especially loved the General Tso’s chicken—crispy, tangy, and perfectly spicy. The fried rice and lo mein were also delicious, and everything came out hot and fresh.

Was referred here by a co worker told me the chicken was good so I get chicken shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg foo young. The gravy was tan and tasteless I had to use seasoning salt to get some flavor. The egg foo young was dripping in oil and tasteless. I was overall disappointed after paying $30

Fast and good food. Very reasonable prices. Not quite a place for sit down but there are a few tables to sit and eat. It’s generally for take out, either pick up or deliver. Parking lot is small. Getting in to lot is easier than getting out. Being it’s location is at a corner which is often busy. Hard to turn left out of the lot due to the traffic pattern. Love the food there.

I have tried this restaurant over and over because of how close it is to me but I think I am finally done. Their food is so inconsistent. One time I will get something and it will be really good and the next time I will get the same thing again and it will be terrible. The most recent thing I tried was the boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice. The boneless spare ribs were absolutely disgusting . They were soggy and I can’t even put the taste of them into words. They had a very odd taste, they were not sweet and just tasted so different from all the Chinese restaurants I ever tried. I literally threw the boneless spare ribs out. The pork fried rice was good.

UNFORTUNATELY need to downgrade this review from the previous: Favorite Chinese restaurant in West Orange and absolutely delicious and fast food! Easily place your order in store, over the phone, or online and the food is prepared fresh every time. We use this as our regular location and love the food!
To this: Late order (25 minutes late for online order and the restaurant is under 2 minutes from the house). With a newborn, we cannot travel out of the house, and the service is EXTREMELY poor and UNACCEPTABLE. We love this restaurant, but may choose somewhere that delivers on time going forward. Such a shame to write this review, but service is just as important as the food and the service was terrible and some of the food arrived cold. Hope the owners see this and make it right.
