The worst of the worst – The staff seems nice but they should have to try the products – cannot toast a bagel, bagels always taste like they are stale, cold and old. Coffee never hot and they get away with it. Same owner seems to own the closest other site in Willow Grove and that equally sucks. I have no idea how the get away with it. Just plain pitiful. Avoid at all cost.

The ONE single item, a small coffee, that I ordered was delicious. The place was empty too so keep that in mind. The guy at the window made me cry and feel bad for ordering from the parking lot. His tone was mean when he told me not to do that again. I waited a full min parked before going to the speaker. He told me I was rushing him. How is it different than ordering at the speaker? I’m giving more time than if i had ordered at the speaker?? Again, for ONE small coffee and no other customers around. Never going to that location again.

. Ordered via app, deal, wanted to customized it and have it on side due to allergies but they refused to give bacon on side, every dunkin separates it out or give it on side for any allergic item. This dunkin refused to do it.
– Also the manager refused , he said to his employee that its his problem if you are allergic to it, not mine.
– Just bad experience. Such a shame.

I am a regular Dunkin donuts customer. I get coffee everyday morning and get donuts for my kids after my soccer game every Saturday morning.
Today my kid has league game and it was our turn to provide refreshments. I bought 10 munchkins and requested a box so that it’s easier for kids to pickup.
He outright denied that he won’t provide the box for 10 munchkins. He doesn’t even pay for the box and inventory is provided by dunkin. He was rude and impolite in refusing my request even though I’m a regular customer there.
I’m going stopping to this location due to this secure guy. He is a lean guy with a mustache.

I’ve been going to this dunkin for years, and it has gotten soooo bad. I recently had a piece of wax paper in my sandwich. My order is almost always wrong and often inedible. The only perk of this dunkin being so bad is I save money because I don’t go very often anymore. It’s just not worth my time or money. Disappointing.
