We love this breakfast spot! When you’re staying at the lake there isn’t many options but this one never disappoints. The food and coffee is hot. I really enjoyed the pancake as well as their famous biscuits. Someone in our group got the pecan pie and said it was the best they had ever had. Such a hidden gem. They do only serve breakfast until noon on weekends.

Just ate a bacon cheeseburger fully dressed and it was fire. The cook on the bacon was perfected crisp! The patty was divinely flavored and juicy. It was prepared properly and with a high level quickness!! The pricing was spot on for the service received.

The food was delicious and hot and came out at the same time. The service was absolutely horrid. From the time our party of 9 came in until the time we left we were made to feel like a bother. They were busy, so I asked if they had room for a larger party of 9. I was told by a server that it shouldn’t be a problem, I would just need to put two tables together. I did that and let my group know to come in. Our server (different from the first server) was immediately put off and was inattentive and rude the rest of our time there. I would not recommend dine in to anyone. A pickup order would be fine as the food was wonderful.

Below is from 9 months ago. I don’t know what happened. But I do know this.. Sausage and Bacon are fast cooking meats that SHOULD NEVER be Precooked and stored in cooler/refrigerator then be thrown on the flattop to be warmed up. Any cook knows that the texture and flavor of the meat is altered. Come on guys I know things are tough for all of us. But skimping on the most profitable meal you serve and taking short cuts. Don’t go in noticed. I witnessed the cook doing so with my order and the other 2 after mine. Might be the reason the restaurant is slow now.

A hidden gem. The prices were cheap to fair. The portions were on point far me, being a large man. The food was great. I definitely suggest the country ham and cheese omelet.

One of my top 5 favorite breakfasts – anywhere! The biscuits are one of my absolute favorites, and a bologna, egg, and cheese was my go-to meal along with the home fries. The staff were also so helpful and accommodating – it isn’t the largest restaurant but they helped us get tables put together for a large party of 13!
