I had an amazing experience at Divino Tasting Room in Newark! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you can really feel the passion behind what they do.

Burley is absolutely amazing!!!!! 1. The ambiance of her establishment is such a vibe from the decor to her choice in music. 2. The charcuterie plates provide were fresh and delish ( not to mention she inquired about possible food allergies and dietary needs) which was a plus as my girlfriend and I do not eat meat. 3 this is experience surpasses your typical wine tasting IT IS INFORMATIVE! Baby when I say I learned so much about wine I was so oblivious to lol. I will definitely recommend this place and will be returning as soon as I can ☺️

I came here with my best friend for my birthday and we had the best time! I booked through Groupon and thought I added a date and time and got there and realized I hadn’t but Ms. Burley was super nice and was able to still accommodate us. She is high energy, good conversationalist and we learned sooo much! This is def not your typical wine tasting and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Divino’s Tasting Room was such a great experience. I went on 12/03 at 5pm for a two hour guided tasting class and i will be going again. Madam Burley is such a great teacher, a great vibe, and amazing business owner. I learned about the grapes used, terminology, and how to estimate the body/alcohol volume of wine!
Before this class i thought i hated dry/white wine. i learned how to pairing foods can affect wine taste, how to properly store wine, and how to express what flavors i taste. The charcuterie board was so good i tried to convince Madam Burley to let me buy one to go. She also has AFFORDABLE souvenirs (glasses, flasks, bottle decor).
I didn’t get to order from the menu but i will return for the opportunity.
Just a mere 15 minute walk away from Newark Penn Station/Newark Path. If you are in NYC and looking for an intimate and FUN wine tasting, i suggest you book with Burley and hop on the PATH.

We had a great and educating experience while having fun learning about different wines. Ms. Burley was awesome, down to earth and made it a great wine tasting lesson while teaching us different ways to combine food and what to look for when doing it correctly. Well worth it, and we will definitely be going back when her new location is officially open so we could try her food to go with her recommended wine.

The Owner and your Host Extraordinaire Burley Tugle is an absolute gem. She is kind and attentive to her guest and has so many delicious things you cannot help but want to try. I absolutely love this place.
