This is the 2nd time I have been to this Chipotle and its not a good review again. The steak bowl I got has many pieces of steak that you can’t chew. The crew doesn’t see the customer as the most important. We are just to take the food and thank ourselves. I will not be back to this place as the first time was horrible also. What is going on with these places? Not sure who’s is in charge. The 5 o’clock hour here is not good food or glad to see any of us. I didnt get a good experience!

I’ve never been “impressed” with this location. The food I order always has at least one mistake, with an ingredient left off or something added that shouldn’t be. I always mark to include utensils and napkins but have never received them. The amount of food is usually skimpy also. We’ve gone back a few tims because of the ease of the drive thru, but are done because the amount we’re paying, we should get better quality.

Go inside and watch them prepare your meal so they give you adequate portions don’t go through the drive through line to pick up your order this is the fourth timey’ve skimmed my bowl. When I brought it back up to the manager to show her she just made excuses and offered me some rice. The brisket was very grisly you guys need a call it Burns ends instead of brisket. I asked her if she had any fresh Brisket since it was so tough and grisly and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be. It’s very disappointing especially with how much more it is and I did not have a full scoop of meat.

I’ve gone to this Chipotle for about 2 years and it’s been good. In the past 6 months there’s been a change.
I ordered online for the first time yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The portions were extremely horrible and I can guarantee that if I had gone in person, this wouldn’t have happened. Adding to that, the names on the food was labeled wrong so we had to open each burrito and bowl to see who had what.
Within the past few months aswell, the chips are literally fried tortillas. I’ve had problems in the past with very little salt but now there’s none at all and it’s truly disappointing. If there’s flavoring in your chips, it’s the oil they cook them in and the single drop of lemon/lime that they use.

I absolutely love this Chipotle! The workers here are fantastic—young, energetic, and super cool. I even discovered a couple of them are into heavy metal, which is awesome! Whether I’m going through the drive-thru or dining in, the staff always makes the experience great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently fast and efficient.
It’s clear the team here enjoys what they do, and that positive vibe makes all the difference. This is hands-down my favorite Chipotle, and I look forward to every visit. Keep up the great work!

I don’t usually make these sorts of reviews. But the business didn’t check the name on the food with the one on my bag. Ended up getting someone else’s food with dairy products and I’m lactose intolerant. The crew member in the pickup window didn’t say a word or initiate any kind of interaction when arriving. They seemed like they couldn’t care less about the customer or the food. I understand it was a holiday and it was busy but this was unprofessional service. ☹️
