We visit frequently. And this evening was a bit slower. Our waitress tonight was definitely not on top of anything I understand it was kinda busy but it really wasn’t when we came in.. we didn’t get the complimentary peanuts, had to ask for drink refills. Unless we flagged down she didn’t attend to us. When we asked for the bill as we were paying cash she goes it’s on the kiosk okay yes but we were trying to use a coupon and we were paying cash the table kiosk doesn’t accept cash..
We will be back but we definitely will leave if we get that waitress again.

We traveled in from Columbus, Ohio to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and showed up with a party of eight without a reservation. From the start, Sadie at the host stand was so kind and accommodating. We told her we were willing to split up if needed, but she went above and beyond and arranged two side-by-side booths for us.
Kaidyn, our server, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about his job. The manager also checked in to make sure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated. The steaks were incredible, just like every other time we’ve visited. So glad we stopped in — we’ll definitely be back!

We had call ahead reservations. Our got notified that our table for 6 was ready. Waited another 20 minutes for our table. After seated, we waited an hour for our food. I requested no seasoning on my steak, it had seasoning on it. I asked for med rare, it was medium. I will never go back there.

When we arrived we only had about a 10 minute wait which was nice. After we were seated we ordered our food after we got our drinks. We ordered an appetizer (potato skins) and 2 sirloin dinners. We waited for about 20 minutes and our meals arrived. We never got our appetizer nor our side salads. My side salad came about 5 minutes after our meal. The other girls side and our appetizer never came. We had to say something to the server. As we were eating I ordered a meal to go. We waited an additional 45 minutes after finishing our meal to get the carry out meal. I forgot to add that they attempted to bring the steak and potato that I had ordered to go to the table on a plate. I had to tell the woman it was a to go order. They boxed it up and brought it out but I then had to wait on the ribs. The side of chili wasn’t in there so I had to ask for that as well. Also no rolls. By the time I got it all home it was cold and there was no butter for the potato or for the rolls. Very disappointed in my experience here.

My husband’s birthday dinner was trash at our absolutely favorite place, so disappointed! So we’re a table of 4 ordering 3 8oz steaks well done and 1 rare, the rare steak comes slightly pink, 2 well done steaks come back RARE raw centers, the 3rd was actually well done and fine, so mine was a one if the ones supposed to be will done it was smothered in mushrooms and onions, I politely sent it back to be re cooked, they had it back thier for another 45 minutes brought it back dried out crispy no mushrooms no ounions slapped it down and walked away (the manager) server cones over and I just said please bring me a box she said only one yes as my husband was throwing his entier steak away bc it was also rare and went i spoke up about mine they rished off with it and didnt even give hom yome to cut into his, so she said is it not right, I politely said its cooked ok ill eat it but I had a smotheed steak and she said ill just take it off the bill and walked away, we get the bill it was regular priced nothing removed no a complementary desert for hubby’s birthday nothing!!!!

We stopped for dinner at Texas Roadhouse because of our gift card that we had. It’s always nice to have foodie gift cards when you don’t feel like cooking. We love those rolls with cinnamon butter that they bring after your drinks are served. It’s been awhile since we had ordered a blooming onion which was tasty but so plentiful it’s enough for 4 or 6 people. We will order it next time when we have a group. Our salads were nice size portions and delicious. I ordered the shrimp which was cooked perfectly & it’s served with garlic butter. The surprise for me was their Mac & cheese which has an additional charge with it but was so delicious it’s worth that small up charge. Outstanding Mac & Cheese with bacon on top.

The Boardman location, the staff is always so friendly and take care of the customers. The best part is they are def gluten free friendly and pay attention to allergens which is a big plus for me. They take time explaining and the cooks always look the food to your satisfaction. Love it there and I jave so many options to choose from with my food allergies. Always great service and great food and great prices too!

I visited this location with my grandmother and my son for lunch. Truly, the only good thing about this dining experience was our server, Austin. He was very kind. Everything else fell short. We ordered quickly and our food took unbelievably long to arrive. When it finally did, both steaks were overcooked. My grandma’s came back out in a somewhat reasonable amount of time, however, mine followed 25 minutes after that. It was almost laughable – everyone was completely finished eating and I got my steak, which was then undercooked, but I wasn’t going to risk letting it go back to the kitchen and losing another 30+ minutes. As mentioned, Austin was great and apologetic. However, there was no apology from anyone further and no attempt to make the situation right. Overall, it was just a really disappointing experience and I warned those waiting on our way out to maybe cut their losses and go somewhere else to eat.

Ask for Nacy! She is wonderful! I have 2 under two and a 8 year old and she made it appoint to make sure the kids had their food at the same time as the appetizer! Fast on refills. Kind and polite! The best server I have ever had at this restaurant! 10 out of 10!
