Honestly every time I go here my service could be better… I always come back for the food, but!! coming from someone who is super understanding &works in the business.. the girls in the togo &greeting station both nearly always have an attitude or seem exasperated when I ask for ranch ¬ cinnamon butter (even if its an online order &It was specified for them before I get there.. i always have to check and then rebuzz them &deal with THEM being annoyed they didn’t give me what I asked for to begin with). It’s tiring! It’s to the point we have to check everything before we even step foot back outside.. to the point we stop ordering as often. When we eat at the restaurant, the worst thing that happens is the greeter being a little sassy, but that’s whatever, can be overlooked when she’s busy. But every time??? Wild lol. Hope they can figure it out.

I live 5 min from the restaurant and do pickup choice often. This is a steakhouse. They only have prime rib option Fri, Sat & Sun. I tried all 3 days and the prime rib was GONE by 5pm. That’s not even dinner time. Want to go for birthday next weekend but don’t want to be upset again. I called the restaurant asking why the manager doesn’t cook more I was told their kitchen manager didn’t want more, it’s a set amount. When I told them I wanted to come for my birthday but didn’t want to be disappointed again, I was just told “ I’m sorry”

We probably picked one of the busiest nights of the week to go out, the place was packed. The restaurant staff were handling it like camps. My husband’s Sirloin was cooked to perfection. My Chicken Fried Steak, not so much. It was tender, however, there was much more breading than there was steak. Disappointed. This was the second time this has happened at a Texas Roadhouse. Since everything was very good, I will just order something else from now on. Our wait staff were excellent. I would still recommend Texas Roadhouse, just not the Chicken Fried Steak.

I can say enough about how great the service was. The food was delicious. I had a ribeye and my wife had a burger. The place was extremely busy but we were seated after only 15min of waiting and the waitresses were kind and willing to take the time to engage in light conversation. I wish they offereda savoryb alternative to the cinnamon butter, like garlic butter for the bread. Thanks for the great experience.

Our server Matt was excellent!! Only problem was all our food came out at the same time. Appetizer, salad, and meal. Should have been staggered. Not Matt’s fault. But food was tasty. Just ended take most home with us.

I had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food was delicious, and the Early Dine deal offered excellent value. One of the highlights was the free bread—served warm, soft, and absolutely addictive!
However, I do wish the menu was clearer for first-time visitors. I ended up with extra toppings and sides that added unexpected costs. A little more transparency would make the experience even better.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for a hearty meal with friendly service.

The food and service was all very good except the upselling. The waitress was very well trained on how to upsell. She always phrased things in such a way as to make it sound like she was asking if you wanted to keep everything that was included or if you wanted to leave something out when in fact she was asking if you wanted to ADD things to your meal. If she had asked “would you like to add such and such” we would have said no. But instead she would say something like “did you want to leave off the mushrooms?” To which we would say it’s ok to include them. Even the device for paying your bill tries to trick you into paying 1.99 to play games on it. And if they have this technology for paying the bill, I wish they would let you order your meal on it so you can see what you’re going to be charged before placing the order.

We at towards closing time with friends and it did not effect the food or service ones bit.
Our waiter and other staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The was an issue with the frier and the manager offered a discount for the delay on French fries without us saying anything. We did not mind. The food was great. Prime rib, burgers, and chicken.

This was my first time dining at this location. It was a very packed night so I understand our service taking a little more time than normal. Our food was great, perfectly cooked. However, I happened to find glass at the bottom of my tea. I had shown an employee what had happened. She looked at me like I was stupid for even telling her about it. Nothing was done nor was I even given an apology.
