While she enjoyed it, she felt the balance of sweet and savory was missing, likely because she opted for plain without the sugar dusting. I had ordered a number three and the lady upfront put me as a number four. She got an order wrong and when I went up there to tell her it was wrong. She said that it was my fault because she repeats the order to the customers and we should’ve fix the error at the time so they didn’t remake my food and I was stuck basically with something I didn’t want. Customer service is very poor. The workers were arguing in front of each other for it, but one of the workers refused to make it.

litterally gave me a corndog with cut up frinch fries. what in the frozen food section at walmart is this garbage. extreamly upset i spent $8 on this. if this is the type of product they are selling this place needs to be shut down.

The workers were wonderful, the matcha green tea with tapioca and the mango black tea with with mango poppers is phenomenal. I got the flaming potato with mild sauce and it’s the perfect amount of heat. My sister got the fruity pop and said it was the perfect sweet and savory mix. Overall 10/10 and the girls who took care of us were super sweet!

Everyone here is super nice and my food came out pretty fast for how busy they were! I don’t live anywhere near this mall but I’m coming back to this Mr. Cow next time I’m in this area.

The milk teas were absolutely amazing however, I tried the corndog with sugar on it and for me it was way to much sugar so I’m def going to try it without the sugar or try something else next time.
