Set in a historic building, this hockey-themed sports bar joins comfort food, beer & game-watching.

Hattricks has been a popular gathering spot in downtown for a long time. Besides their many handhelds, their wings are a must often winning the Best of the Bay award. Our service was excellent with the owner walking around, talking to customers, and removing finished plates. They have a nice draft list and cocktails as well.

I saw an image of the garlic wings and knew I had to get them. They were cooked well and had a very good flavor! I also got the Grouper Nuggets and they were super tasty! 10/10 would go again for sure!
The sports bar has a ton of tvs and many tables but with it being in downtown, there is the possibility for it to be packed! I would love to come here to watch a game, im sure the atmosphere would be insane on game days! The service was awesome, my waitress was Michala and she was amazing. Very attentive and made sure to check on me even with a packed house.

Hattricks is easily one of my favorite spots in Tampa. The vibe hits that perfect balance between lively and laid-back, and it always feels like the kind of place you can roll into with friends and immediately have a good time. The staff is quick, friendly, and on top of it, even when it’s busy, so you’re never stuck waiting forever.
The drink selection is solid, the energy is great for watching a game, and the crowd is usually a fun mix of locals and regulars. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual night out or looking for a go-to place downtown, Hattricks delivers every time. If you’re in Tampa and want a reliable bar with great service and a classic sports-bar atmosphere, this is the spot.

Hattricks is hands-down one of the best sports bars in Tampa, and it truly lives up to its name. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is a total power play. With TVs covering every angle, it’s the perfect spot to drop the puck on college football Saturdays, NFL Sundays, and hockey nights where every goal gets a reaction. The energy is fast, loud, and contagious — no one’s stuck in the penalty box here.
The food absolutely scores. Hattricks is famous for its wings, and for good reason — they’re crispy, flavorful, and consistently on target. Whether you go classic buffalo, shake-and-bake, or garlic parmesan, every order feels like a top-shelf snipe. The rest of the menu brings solid depth too, with burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers that are perfect for sharing between periods.
The staff keeps things moving smoothly even when the place is packed wall to wall, making sure your drinks are refilled and your table stays out of icing. If you’re looking for a sports bar that brings great food, unbeatable game-day vibes, and a crowd that knows how to celebrate a big win, Hattricks is a guaranteed hat trick.

In town for a business trip and decided to give this place a try. Ava was our server and she was so pleasant. Pretty busy for superbowl Sunday, but man she was at the top of her game! The food tasted great, and the atmosphere was very lively. Next time in town, I’ll definitely be back!

“Wings and football, thats what Tampa does!” Great local spot downtown for good football and sports watching. Attractive people and good times, do you need anything else!? Yuliya always takes good care of you! Watch the lightning win and the Bucs get close all while enjoying good food, cold beer and good company!

Visiting Tampa during the American Legion Convention. Decided to try Hattricks. Our server Marissa was great. Drinks and food came out really fast and well prepared. Only reason for 4 stars on food was they use frozen fries. It was very busy, about 25 minute wait. But very nice we definitely recommend this place

Hattricks hits the mark when it comes to classic bar fare and friendly vibes. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome—attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely upbeat.
The burgers? Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Whether you’re into the classic cheeseburger or something with a kick, they deliver. And the chicken wings—crispy on the outside, tender inside, with sauces that actually pack flavor.
Perfect spot for catching a game, grabbing a bite, or just relaxing with good company. Definitely a go-to for comfort food done right.
