Went for my regular protein style burger from In-N-Out and, to my surprise, it came out RAW in the middle. The patty itself was very undercooked with raw pieces. The outside had a nice sear, but when I took a bite the inside was still pink, raw and soft, it was so disgusting.
I understand that sometimes mistakes happen during a busy rush, and I’ve had good experiences here before. However, serving a burger that is undercooked was very disappointing and a bit concerning from a food safety perspective. The staff were friendly, but I do hope they pay closer attention to cooking the patties thoroughly in the future.

What an awesome visit! Michael Ch. at the register was super friendly and patient — he helped me pick the perfect burger and made the whole experience feel personal. I was also really impressed by the entire crew — even the young man cleaning the windows and glass doors greeted everyone with a smile. You could feel the positive energy and pride they all had serving the military members and the community. The food was on point, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was pure In-N-Out excellence! Definitely coming back! ✨

Great food in this location. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly. If you go, I recommend ordering your burger and fries “animal style”. I couldn’t tell you what this includes but whatever they do makes it taste amazing. The food comes out fast too if you eat inside. Meal was 13.37$. Burger, fries, and drink. Great deal.

The French fries were well made and well seasoned and the spread sauce was pretty good too even though its essentially thousand island dressing. The cheeseburger is what took the show though as it should because it was fully cooked and had some crispy edges. The patties were seasoned well and the meat tasted great. I was impressed for it being my first time here and for it being fast food. The menu is small and simple too. Walked in and the greeting was friendly and the establishment was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. We love to eat double meats, but the burgers were a bit small. Will stop again when we want a small lunch.
