Very small menu, but I think they are just starting out. The food we did have was all very good, but it didn’t blow me away for French cuisine. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, if also very new. Cozy atmosphere that is nice, but not overly formal. For the price of the cheese plate I do wish it had a more quality french cheese selection rather than just “brie, blue, and goat.”

I’m not sure what type of French cuisine will be available. France has changed a lot since I’ve been there so I wonder what is there nouvelle cuisine. I’m hoping they’ll have some of the classics also. I’m assuming they’re going to have good wines. I don’t know if we’ll be presumptuous or will it be classic or a fusion. But I can’t wait

A group of nine of us went to Bistro Roux for lunch. The server, Bryan F., was very attentive. They were able to make accommodations for food allergies, and all of us enjoyed our meals. Great food and excellent service make this a place we will all visit again.
