So let’s get your staff in check Downtown! I came right before the riverside show last night around 6:00 12/21. The girl making my sandwich seemed to be uncomfortable with the manager. Her name was Jasmine or Yasmin which is why she told me after asking to fill out a survey? She was yelling and cussing in the back, my child could hear her! She was making funny looks to the girl making my sandwich. Then when I went to go check out, this Yasmin or Jasmine lady was very pushy and aggressive with me as if they were about to close, it was 6:00. She also stopped my transaction to take a call on the line!! Normally when I come here the staff is laughing and having a good time with each other. What has happened?! I guess I’ll be going to prospect for now on!

Terrible! Sandwich had very little meat and what was on there was weird end bits. So were the tomatoes. It was mostly bread and it was barely toasted at all. I reached out to customer service and they were zero help! Go to the Mayfair location if you must. They’re at least decent. I threw away the rest of the sandwich I had left in the photo.

Shout out to whoever has been doing the hiring lately. This location’s service had been horrible before! (I tried to give grace bc i know they deal with a lot of crazies and drunks downtown, but still, you’re giving a service). I used to hate coming here bc some of the staff was so rude (I used to work close by). But after I left my job, I tried to avoid it. Decided to come in on the morning of 8/8 bc I was hungover and craving potbelly. The service was great! I was shocked.
Shout out to Sean for making a great sandwich! He was very friendly! And he was super cool about getting me a side of mustard when I forgot to ask for it on my sandwich. Also, to the two black ladies who started my sandwich and the other who rang me up, thank you so much! (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names!) I feel like I can finally start coming to this location more regularly bc I won’t feel like an inconvenience or headache when I’m there.

They forgot to add avocado in my BLTA. Didn’t add hot peppers after request. Forgot to include my strawberry shake in my order. Usually very good, surprised with the service and outcome of the food.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and they brought the wrong order. I contacted the shop to ask them to correct this and their only options were:
1. I go to the store to pick up a new sandwich, despite paying for delivery and tip already.
2. I put through and pay for a new order for a sandwich to be delivered, and just trust that they would refund my original payment.
I work 3 blocks away, and they couldn’t figure out how to get a replacement sandwich to me to rectify their error. Whether or not they have a staff driver onsite, they should be able to send the replacement with DoorDash just like they did the original order. This shouldn’t have been such a hard problem to solve and they were completely unhelpful over the phone.
