Stopped into Pizza Italy in Saint Martin and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. We ordered a half plain, half pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely perfect – the ideal balance of cheese and sauce with a crispy, flavorful crust that hit every note. The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Our only regret is not trying more from the menu. Highly recommend making a stop here if you’re in Saint Martin.

No pictures-but the food here is incredible. Amazing pizza, crust perfectly cooked. We had the burrata appetizer, 4 different pizzas! Everything we ate even down to the tiramisu was to die for. We dined out on the patio late one evening and ate to our heart’s content! The manager of the restaurant and chef we got to meet personally while we were there…they import all ingredients directly from italy(the owner is from Venice). They make all sauces, dough, pasta, and desserts in house! Divine! 10/10 will be returning!

Surprisingly delicious pizza in Sint Maarten! The toppings are fresh and the dough is just right. The service can be a bit slow sometimes because they are busy so on several occasions we called in to order the pizzas to go and enjoyed them back at our place with an amazing view.

Absolutely delicious pizza and the Manager was working both nights that we went. He runs the restaurant as if it’s his own, he was the only server for all of the tables and is really on the ball. Super pleasant, great memory for orders and returning guests. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The pizza taste great! One of the best out side of New York pizza I have tasted. My other issue was the pizza is too thin, the thinnest pizza I have ever have. Two large pizza wasn’t enough. Could be NY bias playing here, but too thin. But again, the taste was phenomenal.

We were seated promptly, but that’s where the positive aspects of our experience ended. My family and I waited an excruciating 15 minutes for the menus to arrive. The waiter displayed impatience when we placed our drink orders, informing us that they couldn’t mix drinks and were only serving pizza since it was Monday and they were understaffed to our dismay. We had to place our food and drink orders simultaneously.
Drink order was received incorrectly. After an agonizing 1 hour and 6 minutes, our food finally arrived. It’s worth noting that there were only 7 of us in our party, and as of this writing, it’s been an additional 1 hour and 24 minutes, and I’m the only one who hasn’t received my pizza. Surprisingly, everyone else who arrived after us had already received their food.
The pizzas that my family received were all burnt, with very thin sauce and dried-out cheese. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I’ve been a loyal customer of Sint Maarten for the past 12 years and have never encountered such poor quality food and service before.
If you’re struggling with staffing shortages and can’t provide satisfactory food and service, it’s time to reconsider how many people you seat for the night.
