I honestly have no idea how you mess up THIS bad.
Pre ordered a mango habernero sandwich w/ no mayo.
& 12 piece family meal w/ 3 sides (mash/mac & coleslaw) & 6pc biscuit.
1) the sandwich had 0 sauce. No pickles. Just chicken and bread
2) the remake- had sauce, no pickles
3) the 12pc was ALL drumsticks
-told the lady that I was missing thighs & breast & counted it all out for her. She game me 3pcs of thighs so I knew that they weren’t out.
4)3 sides. ..somehow had 4? But got 2 coleslaw & 2 mash potatoes
5)missing macaroni & cheese
6)was missing ALL of the biscuits
7)got all extra crispy when I ordered regular
8)there were 4 other cars in the parking lot waiting doe their order
HOW?!?! Do you mess up that many times?!
I don’t recommend this location. Drive the extra 10mins to a different one.

Picked up a DoorDash delivery from this KFC and it was an absolute disaster. The order was wrong the first time, wrong the second time, and somehow STILL wrong after that. I had to make multiple trips back because meals and drinks kept being left out. A 10-minute delivery turned into a 40-minute nightmare. Thankfully the customer was patient and understanding the entire time.

After seeing so many one stars reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. Now I see that one star is just too generous. I ordered a bucket of 12 piece, which came out to $28, which came out to being about $2/piece. As you can see from the pictures, the chicken was not only small and not worth it, but it was absolutely terrible. To add to the terrible taste, the service was horrendous as well. The staff was rude and lifeless. There are lots of better place to get fried chicken. Do not even bother with this place. Please learn from my mistake.

This is specifically for the Bowls. We tried two different ones. The Mac & Cheese with chicken and then the one with potatoes and the chicken with the bbq rub, they both were so salty that we couldn’t finish either one and will never order them again. Are you trying to kill people with salt. My theory is, if you have to saturate it with that much salt to get people to eat it and this goes out to everyone in the fast food industry, then something is seriously wrong with your food! This restaurant needs management or new management, it’s always lacking in some category, if not food, then service, friendliness, communication or something. Just bypass this one and move on to the next one…

Sheer incompetence at this location. Ordered a Chicken Little, Famous Bowl Combo and Mac n Cheese. Got a 3 piece combo instead. This is the second time in a month they have messed up an order. Last time they left out fries, dipping sauces and they didn’t put the correct number of tenders. I’d reach out to corporate but I think this is a franchise. The low level of care is abundant here. Sadly I am unable to post pics of the issue. But they are on the yelp review for the same location.

This place needs help. Ordered 12 piece meal w/no thighs. Not only did we have to wait 20 min for our order but we got 6 thighs. Also ordered one mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, and Mac and cheese. Guess what we got? 3 mashed potato’s. We were told they burnt the biscuits therefore offering a cake. Also said they were out of Mac and cheese which was the reason for mashed potatoes. But no Cole slaw. I wasted $35 at this place. Disappointing.

Just wanted hot food on cold day. Got a potpie. Can’t do better at grocery store. Hot, happy, comfort food on cold day so I can KFC, Keep From Cookin! Service was friendly but the restaurant was frigid, like you weren’t welcome. Bathroom door was broken, staff laughed a gentleman who was interrupted doing his business. Should have been little more apologetic and had a sign to advise of problem as warning. Staff nice to me, graded accordingly. Had I been the gentleman, would have given minus 3.

Very clean. Very pretty in here. It offers lots of different seating. The booths have plenty of room for a larger person. Restroom was clean and with a large child changing station which is good. I love how the coleslaw is cut small.. They worked a number 15 into my special requests. My chicken breast was fat!!!! Nice a warm in here , it’s so cold outside. The cash register lady was the sweetest.

I ordered an 8 piece tender meal with a large order of potatoes and gravy and 4 dipping sauces. It was missing the large gravy and the dipping sauces and the chicken was way overcooked. This was an awful experience and I will never go back to this location. BEWARE!

My online order was delayed 45 minutes because they turn their fryer off at 2pm for cleaning. That’s an amazing statement considering how filthy this place is! Do not come here! A very unhelpful woman added to my anger by making the worst excuses I’ve ever heard. She would not refund my money so I could go elsewhere.
