Maybe it was due to the associates sitting around, on their phones and/chitchatting about “stuff.” So we figured if our order wasn’t taken in the next 7 minutes we’d head to Ford’s Garage or somewhere else. Someone came.
I have posted pics of the food they advertised and what we actually received.
The Brewhouse Bites Sampler sliders on our order both had mashed down over cooked and dried pieces of meat on them. They were not thick or nice and juicy as advertised. Cheese sticks were lukewarm and not moist either, but the wings were ok.
The Gatlic Shrimp w/Parmesan Toast shouldn’t have made it out the kitchen. The server should’ve noticed our burnt, dry and hard bread and taken it back. The quality was way off from what was expected.
Last but not least the Triple Chocolate Pizookie. It only had 1 scoop, the edges were hard but then rest was almost just batter ….undercooked.
My son did like the Brewhouse Bowl with Tri-Tip. We remained cordial and pleasant although we both agreed the rest needed a lot of room for improvement. We don’t know if it was just not right because employees were distracted with all the things they were doing as I mentioned in the beginning.
Our bill was $85 and we still gave a $20 tip because that’s what we give even if the bill was half as much.
We didn’t complain because there was a lot that needed attention not just something little. I probably won’t return and disappointed because a coworker said they had a party of 11 and everything was awesome. How could it just be 2 in a party and it was questionable on how the food turned out like it did?
I was in the area Christmas shopping so we pulled up at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! We didn’t wait long to seat, they brought us right to a booth, my favorite Overall great atmosphere, it wasn’t crowded at all! I had good company and good conversation so we tried sone broccoli and cheddar soup , in a sourdough bun, grilled shrimp scampi with garlic butter, and some good ol American sliders ✊ . Free parking ️ and great margarita flights! Well until next time folks always remember to #keepemhungry
P.S. the beer menu was off the chain and left me with a good buzz #keepemthirsty
We had two separate tables for our big party which was okay with us! It worked out for dinner and our gift exchange.
HUGEEE shout out to our server Mya M.! She was so attentive, super sweet, and made sure we were all having a good time and keeping us satisfied. We had a child with us in our party, and a couple of other workers were interacting with him, making him super ecstatic!
I’d most definitely recommend this location. Whether for casual dining out, or setting up a party. Definitely make sure you call ahead and make a reservation several days in advance if you plan on having a big get together here.
Got out of a long meeting, starving but nothing sounded good so figured I just needed anywhere with a cold beer.
From the moment I sat down at the bar I was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile in the midst of their dinner rush. Lots of great happy hour specials available daily. And the food is well worth paying full price. I was recommended the wings and I can say the options to the preparation to the flavor that hits your mouth will have me coming back for a long time!
Today though, our food took a little longer than usual. None of us cared, none of us complained, we actually expected it, because it was so busy. Skylar (our server) came out and apologized and was very attentive. None of us thought that it was a big deal. However, the manager went out of his way to send us a free dessert and to apologize again for the delay. It was a very nice touch and shows just much this restaurant cares about it’s customer service. We were all very impressed!
