I’ve been there several times. Most of the time order is correct but skimpy. I can get bigger for cheaper! Then the other times we get totally wrong orders and they blame us for telling them the wrong thing? How am I wrong on ordering what I want??? The photo was supposed to be egg potatoes bean and cheese. But as you see there was ground beef and very little of others. As for mine I ordered ground beef bean potatoes and cheese and got eggs with mine as well. 3 strikes and y’all are out. I’ll drive further for bigger and better and CHEAPER burritos

Went to Nortenos Mexican restaurant (off HWY6) today, which will be my last time going.
Ordered a breakfast burrito (egg & bacon) cost $5.11 that’s crazy. They really should be called tacos not burritos for the small portions.

Good food, good prices, and good service! I just discovered this hidden gem. Even the chips and salsa are wonderful. Almost reminds me of OSO Burrito, back in the day(But Better)I suggest you try this one out, but get there before 2pm or you’ll miss out. I’m craving another burrito, now….

This place was like 5 minutes outside of waco on hwy 6, right off the highway. I love when you stop at a random place and get amazing food. The breakfast burrito was delicious and so was the green sauce. Mexican coke to wash it down. Definitely would recommend.

Super tasty food. I used to go when it was montes but it has only gotten better I will most certainly go back. Get the green salsa too. It’s very good stuff.
Edit: 2/20/20 They added a $0.60 credit/debit card surcharge. People use credit cards it’s 2020 Either raise the prices or drop the charge. Food is still great as always.

Despite being immediately next door to a business called “Skunk Daddy”, I liked El Norteno. Pictured is their #17 lunch combo. The food was ‘just okay’, but the staff was great and the relaxed atmosphere made the experience worthwhile. I’d go again.

The service is not quick nor attentive when you dine in, but you seriously can’t beat their breakfast burritos. SO GOOD. If you are looking for the best breakfast burritos in Waco, look no further! Make sure you have plenty of time before going to eat there because it is always packed (because the food is so good)

This restaurant seemed a bit tiring. “I wanted to share some feedback on my recent visit. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the meal. The tacos were quite dry, and I felt the seasoning was lacking, which made them less enjoyable. Also, at $16 for just three tacos, I found the price to be a bit too high for the quality of the taco, that was served with one tortilla. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.”
