Since we visited on the weekend and we were a larger group we waited quite some time, around 30min. The place was pretty busy, several parties waiting. I love their menu options and we had the soup and salad as our appetizer. The server was pretty slow, she seemed new, and the food took forever, but it was pretty good.

Terrible customer service. Worker and manager blamed me and told me some scam about having to activate my card. I didn’t have to activate it I called a number and it said there was $50. Then they said oh just kidding it’s our system that’s the problem and by the time i finally got the food it was cold. Awful experience I felt so awkward because they blamed me even though i didn’t do anything wrong. I go to Olive Garden a lot and normally it’s great but maybe this location is lacking in the customer service department. ):

I came for their seasonal special. My waitress was the nicest. The manager, however, couldn’t honor the price advertised. That kinda dampened my experience. But it was fun anyways since it’s been a while since I’ve been to OG. The soup is always so delicious and dessert was nice. We tried the lasagna cake out of curiosity.

I’ve been to a lot of Olive Gardens across America, but this one is hands down the best! The food was A+ — fresh and delicious. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. Our server, Mary G, was amazing — super helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Staff like her are what truly make a business stand out. Highly recommend this location!

I gave the food a 3 because I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it didn’t have any salt or pepper. Bread sticks were definitely endless and delicious. I also got the zuppa Toscana and that was absolutely flavourful and drastic difference in taste compared to the Alfredo. I also you the broth leftover to dip my bread in and it was chef’s kiss.

My worst nightmare! We came to the Olive Garden last night. As soon as we walk in there is throw up on the floor and I walked all over it without any employee telling me nothing. My brother was already waiting inside and he didn’t see me come in so he didn’t notice me walking in and stepping all over the throw up. We were there to celebrate a very important day. After a long wait (45min) which is fine because we were a big group but waiting in the lobby with the smell of throw up was so disgusting and gave me a headache. I get really gross out fast, not sure how everyone else was eating??????? I didn’t eat anything because I was so disgusting and at that point I had a headache because of the whole situation. No employee apologized or say a word to us. After we paid for the wrong receipt from the same group because that’s the receipt that was handed to my husband. We paid more than we ordered. We had to leave because I was feeling grossed out and my headache was getting worse at that point. We will never go back to this restaurant.

“My wife and I recently dined at Olive Garden during a weekend getaway. We experienced a short wait, approximately 10 minutes which good things come to those who wait .The exceptional service, especially from our server Reggie, truly stood out. He was attentive, allowing us to dine at our own pace and promptly refilling our drinks. As it was a birthday weekend, I ordered the chocolate lava cake ( not exactly sure of the name ) which was delicious. Reggie went above and beyond by writing ‘Happy Birthday’ in chocolate on the plate, a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated. The food of course was delicious as always heads up to the chef. I highly recommend this Olive Garden and look forward to our next visit.

Great Meal… Service was good at this busy Restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was noisy as a large group was celebrating nearby but it wasn’t too distracting. Chicken could have been of better quality.

Our waitress was nice, polite, and attentive. She was really busy but still attended to us.
The food was delicious! Try the chocolate lasagna!!

I love this place! Sitting next to the highway in the Stapleton neighborhood, you would expect to be waiting forever, but we’re always seated immediately. The servers are friendly and pleasant to deal with. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend bringing your family and friends. There’s lots to do in the area afterward also.
