ZERO STARS. The food was stale, old, & tasted horrible. The chicken looked like fried mystery meat. The flavor tasted like something that doesn’t belong in a stomach. I spent $60 on disgusting food for nothing. It’s a no for me. I’m never coming back.

This is hands down one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. I stood at the counter for 30 MINUTES while no one was at the front. All the employees were in the back like customers didn’t exist. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” NOTHING. Completely unacceptable.
When they finally noticed me, the employee acted like I was a problem for being there. She wasn’t paying attention at all and literally tossed my order onto the counter it almost fell. No apology. No care. Just pure attitude.
Then I get home and realize the order is WRONG. I ordered a Vanilla Pepsi and got a completely different drink, AND there were missing items. After waiting that long, they still couldn’t get a simple order right.
The service here is a joke. The employee a small lady with glasses was rude, careless, and clearly shouldn’t be working with customers. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. This place needs serious management intervention. Do better or don’t bother being open. I’m never coming back.

I did send a complain about my last dine in experience and provided my email address but its been days already and haven’t received any response. We do dine here for lunch on Sunday’s or Monday’s it’s sad as their staff (with first initial M) was never nice, friendly and accommodating. We ordered the fill ups and we mentioned that we wanted it large so we were expecting to have fries together with our chicken and tenders but she said fries not included. We said but we ordered large, she’s already arguing with us “you should told me”. In this first place, its the counter/cashier staff’s job to ASK and OFFER the customers if they wanted it with fries (cos that adds to your sale too) but she was arguing that we should ask her. Next when we got our food I was surprised the chicken were as small as half size of their plastic spork. The chicken tenders were not fully cooked. I asked her if they can refry it and she said no we cant cook that again just reheat only. The manager on duty was only standing there just listening and doing nothing to de-escalate the situation. This is the only branch that serves super super micro mini chicken and the staffs were not nice at all. Just a quick note whenever we dine here they always always always serve MICRO MINI chicken, they never fail to do that. Compared to other location their chicken was never like that. If i can give a half star for this store branch i would. Im sorry just my opinion, you can take a look at the pictures i have attached to see im telling the truth.

I was sick on Valentine’s Day and my elderly parents wanted chicken, my 87 year old dad had to drive to buy a bucket and when he got home there was NO GRAVY included in the prepared paper bag. He even went to the counter to order thinking it would be better than drive through. He said they were served reheated chicken when they ordered before. Good thing that was corrected this time.

This drive thru location is conveniently located in Waikele Shopping Center across from Lowe’s. The drive thru is wide enough to fit all vehicle sizes but theres only one menu board available and thats visible when youre ordering. Staff are friendly and the wai time was short, just a few minutes from ordering to getting my food. They take cash and credit card, but no American Express.

I’m so satisfied with the food and service at Waikele KFC. The newly renovated fast food restaurant is awesome, neat, sanitary, and very clean. It’s would be a wonderful place to just hang around and eat, meeting business acquaintance. family and friends unplanned dine in brunch or dinner. There’s drive Tru or very fresh and delicately done carry out food. There are ample parkings available most especially for handicap people. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the food combination selections. After ordering a family meal, I ordered a very nutritious reasonable price box meal. Thanks, KFC STAFF. we enjoyed our Sunday Brunch

Spacious, clean, and peaceful place to tuck in for lunch. I enjoyed my chicken tenders, macaroni, and biscuit. I think KFC has better biscuits but Poppies breading rains supreme in my view. Notwithstanding, I’d come here again and know lunch would be delicious.

I thought after one bad order I’d give these guys another try. Ordered an 8pc meal with 2 large sides. Confirmed my two sides as mashed potatoes and cole slaw. What I got is something totally different. I got gravy I’ll give them that much but I am sitting at the table with chicken strips Mac & Cheese and a chicken bowl. After trying three times to reach anyone at the restaurant I am resorting to putting this in writing instead. Please get organized and READ out the order as you’re putting it together. I would hate for another family of four to sit down to dinner with the wrong order AGAIN.
